    VoorheesXIII log and commitment to consistency.

    Welcome to my progress log, for years i have known about p.e and know that it works but for some reason or another have never stuck with it for long enough to see anything other than minimal results myself, i commented on another thread last night about only gaining 1cm in BPEL since 2011 and how shitty it felt that i had wasted so much time not being consistent, time for that to change. I joined MOS about 2 months ago and have read as much as i could and now have every tool to make it happen, have mucked around with the LM and Bathmate and gone through my learning curve of use, no more procrastinating, let's do this!!!

    To start off a few stats:

    Pre p.e. 2011 BPEL - 18cm / Mid shaft erect girth - 13.1cm.

    Current stats: BPEL - 19cm / NBPEL - 16.6cm / EBG - 13.6 / EMSG - 13.4 / EGG - 12.8
    BPFSL - 20cm / NBPFL - 9.4cm / FMSG - 11cm.

    Tools at disposal: Lengthmaster, Size genetics, Bathmate Xtreme X40 and UJW.

    Routine i will be following is Phase1/DLD Newbie routine and size genetics/UJW for length and 5x5x3 supersets for girth.

    So today's regime was:

    10 min heat pack warm up followed by Newbie stretching routine with LM 3 sets x 30s and 1 set of bundled left (360) + 1 set bundled right (360).

    Straight into SG after for 8 x 30minute sets with 5 minutes break between each set, helicopter shakes, a few dry jelqs and 100 quick kegel squeezes to bring back bloodflow.

    UJW after extender for a couple hours, re-wrapping every 45 minutes to an hour, break for 5 minutes between each re-wrap doing the same as extender breaks for blood flow.

    Night time girth work: 10 min heat pack warm up. 5x5x3 Bathmate supersets and cockring after for 1/2hr while watching porn and applying heat pack.

    Feel pretty good for my effort today, was a day off work so could do a fair bit, just need to keep it up now

    Haha! Forgot to add those! Short term would be cracking the 8 inch bpel and whatever girth i happen to grab from the bathmate sessions. I guess the endgame would be 9 inch bpel and anywhere between 5.5 - 6 inch girth base & mid shaft, i don't think the missus would take any more than that, had sex after a bathmate session last week with a really good after pump & her eyes were super wide and quick shallow breathes upon entry! lmao 😆

    Not setting any time limits really either, my biggest hurdle is to stay consistent.

    What type of measurements are you getting after pumping w/ the BM? Did she try and stop you @ any point during stop?

    Nah she didn't try and stop it, was more she just wasn't expecting it, was first time Having sex straight after a bathmate session. As to temp expansion size i couldn't say, i'll take a measurement after tonights sets to see what I'm gettin up to.

    Was a little busier today but still managed to get some stuff in:

    10 min warm up
    3 sets of newbie routine x 30s + bundled left and right with LM.

    2 x 30min sets with SG @ 1200g

    Had to help a mate out for the afternoon.

    10 min warm up
    5x5x3 with bathmate.

    Am doing my sets in the bathmate with lower pressure since the thrombosed vein last weekend from trying to match my bpel. Bpel is 19cm but am only going as high as 18cm max which feels like a really good amount of pressure without putting too much strain on the ligs. If anyone is reading this that does 5x5x3, do you guys get to your bpel in the tube? Or even surpass it?

    Most of the time yes, it really depends on how intense you go. Outside the tube I am always looking for girth and length bigger than when I entered, this way I know I am gaining. I think it is good you are taking it easy, be sure everything is in order before you go 100% again.

    Had very limited time today, didn't get the stretches in but did the 5x5x3 with bathmate, got bpel in length in tube, temp expansion mid shaft up to 14.9cm, pretty happy with that. Day off tomorrow so plenty of time to get more in.

    im a very similar size to you so it will be interesting to see how you progress with the equipment you have.

    as for the length inside the tube, i usually get to my bpel, and sometimes if the session is going really well i will surpass it a little

    Another day of only getting half my planned routine done, got my stretches in this morning with the lm and about an hour or two of ujw afterwards while getting stuff done around the house. Had a few drinks during the afternoon & didn't feel it was a good idea to do bathmate session while feeling pissy from beers, a little annoyed at myself for that but it is what it is, better not to p.e. while intoxicated. Tommorrow brings another day and opportunity to put a more concerted effort in.

    Got another round of newbie stretches in with lm and 4 x 45 minute sets of sg, that was enough for today.

    Quick update, got in my stretching routine yesterday as well as 2 x 45min SG, no girth work but I'm happy for the minute foing at least something everyday.

    Had a really good day of p.e. today, went as follows:

    Woke up earlier than normal,
    warm up 10 minutes
    Noob routine stretches with the lengthmaster, 3 sets x 30s
    SG @ 1200 - 2 x 45min sets
    1 set of stretches in LM
    SG @ 1200 - 2 x 45min sets
    1 set of stretches in LM
    SG @ 1500 - 2 x 30min sets

    Went to work, no ujw or anything like that, still pretty daunted by the thought of doing any sort of p.e other than kegels outside the privacy of my own home.

    Sitting here doing my heat pack warm up for 10 minutes and about to do my 5x5x3 with the bathmate 🛀 solid.......... 😎

    Thanks for the encouragement! 😃 yeah, i was reading some threads by this guy who said supersetting was the way to go..... M. Salvini? no, no lets call him Mike. S. Anyways, he seems to be pretty popular on here & knowledgeable about this p.e stuff so i figured I would do it lolz 😜

    But for latest update, I woke up this morning & my hardened vein is back... nooooooo !!! 😭😭😭

    I can guarantee it was the last set of my 5x5x3 that did it, i pumped not only to my bpel but went about 5mm past it. Was too much. It's not as bad as last time so hopefully only out for a day or two at longest, still frustrating though.

    how do people claim to go .5 inhces above bpel in the pump wouldnt that tempory increase be insanely good for long term in length but then again some poeople dont get any temp length only girth and i correct?

    5 millimeters, about one fifth of an inch and it was a stupid thing for me to do, it has left me with a thrombosed vein and a constant dull ache deep into my fat pad, but not a good ache, more a sign that i pushed my body past what it can handle, not to mention a hectic donut that looked like a kiddies inflatable pool ring beneath my glans, won't be able to p.e. for a few days til the vein heals or it will get worse 😧

    If i could do that consistently without injury then i guess it would be beneficial to length gains but i don't think my dick is conditioned enough to handle such stress on it, i guess a positive take on this is i know for certain where my 'breaking point' is in the Bathmate now.
