    To 8x6, AND BEYOND!!!

    Pages 1-10 are previous experience up until a point where I needed a break. Pages 10-now are current experience with a daily log entry for my latest routine

    Because Buzz Light Year

    I figured it's due for me to post how I finally got here.

    Long time ago, maybe 11 years now, I was upper average, being nearly a perfect 6.5 x 5. I stumbled onto pe, figured what the hell, and tried out the newbie routine. I got some newbie gains of about an inch in those early months, so I set the 8x6 goal. Got myself an extender, upgraded my stretching and girth work, and wound up hitting 7.75 x 5. Zero girth gain in 6 months, and very slow length. I figured I was ok at that point, but before long it started bugging me.

    A girl would say it was big and I'd feel the patronization. Granted I'm known to read nonsense into things, but I always retained a sense of inadequacy. Maybe it was from my long time tutor, pornography, but being average in the porn industry never cut it for me. I always wanted to be on the big side of it. Just kept going on with what I had, for practically no reason.

    And there was the pesky turkey neck I had. Out of the blue, I decided to start treating it with an all day ring. I figured, since I was there anyway, I'd get back to pe and take it up a notch. I made decent gains, about .3 in girth in 2 months, but I found myself a bit too busy to really care nearly as much. I soon quit and those gains washed away.

    And that brings me to 6 months ago. I'd gained weight, I had little stability, so I decided to try something I felt I could control. I had kept track of pe for a while, and knew a strong cluster of girth exercises, so I threw them all into a cauldron and made up my own rendition of Freak Slammers. A combination of slammers, horse squeeze, rotary bends, dld bends, slow squash jelqs and o bends. It's a monster. And it was working well enough on it's own, but...

    After a decent first month, I decided to venture into the world of bathmate. Hard to maintain skepticism about that thing. Shortly after that I decided to try edging with a ring and using a loose ring as a part of SRT. 3 months of that and I had reached 6 in girth. Which was great, but after realizing that hard work does the trick for pe, I decided I wanted to see where my length can get.

    I toiled away with pretty useless strategies that were basically me trying to make girth work gain me length. A solid few months of me basically wasting time on one bad idea after another, until I finally concluded you need to do traditional length work to make length gains. But, being the genius I am, I truly thought that taking the one approach to an extreme would get me what I was after. All it did was teach me a lesson.

    I had spent a month in the extender at high tension, working up my tolerance to it and had nothing to show for it. I was still weaseling in principles I thought were a good idea. But after 3 straight gainless months I realized, I really had no understanding of how length gains are made. So in a last ditch effort, I turned up my research mode and started to actually absorb what are pretty common sense ideas.

    Ligament stretching, expressive stretching, cell division, tunica weakening. I knew of them, but nothing about them. So, in a very coincidental way, I started doing Mandingo stretching. Although I do them in every direction that is what they are. And because of the fact that I literally thought up the same exact stretch that's existed a while now, I've got to conclude that it just makes a lot of sense. It hits ligaments hard, it's expressive, and it's a tunica shredder. I really think it stands a chance at being the most effective manual stretch created thus far, and I'm doing a lot of them throughout the day, and extending for much longer durations than I did originally.

    As of my last measurement, 2 weeks ago, 8 inches of length is mine. My routine seems to be working well and I am pretty eager to see where I wind up once I reach the step down phase of all this. Provided the gains go well, I am thinking 6 weeks. With 2 months after that still pretty likely to be gaining months. I am definitely excited to see it. But I am also excited to be down to a maintenance routine.

    In any event, this is largely an introduction, I am surely going to get into more detail on all this stuff. I did a lot of things right, and a lot of things wrong, and I am positive that something here will be useful to someone. I'll also use this to complain or go ballistic over measurements or certain issues I'm having. A legitimate log of experience.

    The Early Days
    I did a routine that is nearly identical to the current newbie routine. My gains from that probably came from the eq boost at first, but I can't say that accounts for all of it.

    After 2 or 3 months of the newbie routine, I jumped into a slammer routine, and spent a few months building up to 20. By the time I quit I had hated that exercise and I really didn't care to go any farther. I was fine with it only because I was doing the king of girth gains at the time and got none. I find it is also worth noting that I did no kegals at this point.

    Between Then and Now

    I am extremely fond of edging for no reason. It has been done for years with no gains but I did lose a quarter inch in length. I did no maintenance routine other than the edging, and I always orgasmed at the end of a session. I eventually went back to pe for a 2 month stint where I was training my girth with slammers again. I did actually gain .3 but I can now attribute that to inadvertently doing SRT by using a ring to train away turkey neck with a ring. Worked out well, but I still hated slammers. I got involved in a project that required my full attention and I was ready to leave pe anyway. The gains obviously dissipated without any cementing period.

    Key notes from this period; the newbie routine can work well, rushing out of the newbie routine isn't smart if you're still making gains, doing work you hate will draw you to wanting to quit, cementing gains is something you need to plan for, and training away turkey neck is easily doable with a ring.

    that was extremely informative and it gave me a great sense of understanding to what you have been doing since you started pe. I think this type of information is wonderful to have it not only shows you what is working but it also shows what does not work. It works as a map to understanding how gains come in a personal way. I also think it's a good example to new people who are just starting out, this information is priceless in charting gains and showing people just how you did it. Good job my brother.

    The Girth Busting

    I decided to take an overly aggressive approach. I originally started by doing horse 440s with bends and by the time I was done tweaking the exercise I came up with these.

    Freak Slammers (Modular Slammers)

    100% Erection, Uli Grip, kegal to 110%
    Opposite hand, squeeze head, heavily engorged shaft, hold until rigidity is low enough for next step
    Pull head grip forwards you, rotate grip around 5 times, 5 seconds per time, return to straight out grip, kegal back to engorged
    Push head forward until the shaft is folded in half, creating pressure at the fold, can be rolled to mimic dld bend
    Slow squash jelq to mid shaft, still holding head
    Bend forward and back 20 times, like a ratchet, kegal to engorged
    Slow squash jelq to meet other hand and release

    20 times

    Yeah...

    The key principle here isn't this crazy, deformed version of a supra slammer. It's actually to sort of expand on the idea of super sets. You can treat nearly any exercise here like a modular beast. Taking all of your favorite, or most effective exercises and rolling them into one eliminates excluding work because of time. Doing 20 of each of those would take forever. And while it was still a 2 hour routine, I got as much out of every rep as I possibly could.

    Key note; so completely and entirely not for the feint of heart or newbies. You will break your dick.

    Shortly after noticing my first gains, I had this totally original idea that turned out to not be totally original at all. Using a ring all day could help me gain faster. So I tried that out. It was way too tight for that. So rather than consider wasting money I looked into other ways to use it. Edging with a ring came up. As did SRT, which was a bit of a let down because I thought I was all original and crap, but oh well.

    So I started using it for way longer than recommended because I guess I'm super man or some crap. The swelling looks great but the numbness is a sign you're dealing with a retard. I am honestly lucky to have not severely injured myself. At most, you should wear a ring for 20 minutes consecutively. MAXIMUM. You don't have to stop edging. Just alternate. I've found 10 on 5 off is a good ratio, and gives killer expansion with zero side effects.

    So now I'm doing 2 sets 10 on 5 off 4 times a day. So I wonder if there's anything else I can get in here while staying in the safe range. I find out about bathmate, sounds like a trick, but I'm all about taking leaps, so I get the Hercules. Pretty obvious it meshes well with everything else, so let's tack that on, morning and night for 20 minutes each. And since I still want that full SRT effect, I'm gonna buy this thing off Amazon called a "cock lasso".

    And I was surprised when the Hercules actually started hurting because of how tight the gaiter became. I guess I'll get the x40 without telling my lady about it first.

    Oops.

    All of this was over a relatively short span of time, and once it was settled, my routine looked like this.

    Morning,
    Edging with a ring, 10 on 5 off x2, 20 minute bathmate session, loose ring

    During the day,
    2 Sessions of edging with a ring 10 on 5 off x2,
    loose ring

    Night,
    20 Freak Slammers
    Edging with a ring 10 on 5 off x2,
    20 minute bathmate session
    Loose ring all night

    No days off. This is classic over training, and I am fairly certain I would have gained more if I had trained with days off. Actual days off. It remains to be seen just yet, but I am figuring on revisiting girth after I am done with extending.

    On the flip side, though, I got to over 6 inches in girth in under 3 months.

    Key notes from this period; I tend to frenzy, exercises can be combined to make the most out of your effort, edging with a ring is great if you stick to safe limits in consecutive time worn, SRT for girth work is pretty simple, bathmate is great and get a size bigger than you think you'll need, do not buy toys for your dick under the radar or your girl will punch you in it, my routine was way over the top and was potentially so aggressive it slowed progress.

    Still like girth work way better than length

    The Length Failures

    I have an obnoxious foreskin that makes regular stretching very difficult. So I figured I'd try milking, close to no erection jelqing. Zero effect. I made up a dual fulcrum jelq/stretch. Nothing worth noting. I tried jelqing with a ring. No good. So ok, fine. Modified girth work is pointless for length.

    So I try extending. I get the vac extender with the leg strap. But I thought if I could just apply the maximum tension possible, while taking breaks every half hour, maybe the cock ring jelqs and that will have a synergy with that. The answer there would be no. I started using the extender as directed, but was feeling extremely discouraged. I couldn't really stretch with the ok grip. So what?

    Figuring It Out

    I had to be a bit creative in figuring out how to get it done. A soft towel with substantial traction, a full fisted over hand grip, and letting the foreskin stay up around the head. It's unusual and potentially dangerous, but it really is all that will work for me. So fine, just exercise caution and go from there. So then it was time to research the stretches I could do.

    That's when I learned the purpose of bundled stretching and fulcrums. I knew about ligament lengthening and rearranging from my early days. So I tried fulcrums in all directions. Then I tried them bundled. Making a point of relaxing the pelvic floor constantly. I'd read about an exercise where people pressed against the ligaments as they stretched. Tried it out. Definitely an increase in stretch.

    And that's how I got to my current routine.

    Warm up, heating pad or bath. Heat.

    Stretching routine,
    6 unbundled Mandingo stretch every direction with lig press, 15 seconds
    6 bundled Mandingo stretch every direction without lig press 15 seconds

    That's straight out, straight up, down, left, right.

    8 hours extender with heating pad on low setting. 2 breaks daily at least 2.5 hours apart. Each break is another round of the stretching routine.

    After extending, one final set of the stretching routine, 15-30 minutes edging, 10 on 5 off with ring, 15 minute bathmate session, wear loose ring, warm down with heating pad 15-30 minutes.

    I was pretty disheartened by the gainless months prior, so my consistency wasn't ideal, but I hit 8 inches bone pressed anyway. A goal I'd set a decade earlier.

    And that's about it for history. Right now I'm extending with heat. I'm pretty sure there's been further gain since two weeks ago. The real question is how much. My head used to be dauntingly large on my dick. Now... Not so much. The ideal situation is definitely hit 9 and actually need to taper off sooner than later, because the rate I plan to step down will probably still earn me some gains the first two months.

    So extremely eager to get done with these next few weeks. I have a few pictures that will definitely be good for comparison later on. As soon as I'm done extending it's a new girth goal and a lot of cardio.

    It's got to be more than a half inch. It really depends on how long I am in mood for. I have gone beyond the o grip and that's over 7 I believe.

    My goal for girth will probably be about what I get after a pumping session. I'm going to take it a lot easier when I get around to that. I can enjoy girth work if I don't go all Longth about it.

    That is excellent news then. You are getting to your goal size through a temporary gain. Just remain consistent with the temp gains and it will manifest quickly. I suppose by the time you reach goal size your temp size will be massive

    SRT does it well for me.

    I am kinda having second thoughts about going further with girth. I can't get into a toilet paper roll soft and I asked my girl to test how big that would be in her mouth. Damn thing barely fits. And I do plump up a bit more for fun time, so I think maybe I'm being full retard.

    I really should at least measure that roll...

    Had some turtling this morning. I've been wondering if a 2/1/3/1 schedule would be smarter considering the intensity I work with. I took a sincere day off just wearing the loose ring and I noticed some gain. Something I will probably try out for the last 4 weeks.

    At this point I'm ready for another day off. I will stick with just Fridays this week and next week. Then figure out the ideal days to take off schedule wise. Time to heal has been something I've generally ignored, but even in SRT there are lighter days and passive healing time.

    My dick has been a tank to take the thrashing it has. Got to tip my hat to my constitution a bit and give another look at the advice available. Hopefully it will be the last time while seeking gains.

    I believe a standard toilet paper roll is 5" in circumference.

    Serious key point about using vacextender; dries you out like a bastard.

    I'm past 2.5 months of using the vac extender by monkeybars and this thing does what a vacuum does. It takes all the air out of itself to create a vacuum. That's got an inevitable side effect of dryness that I think, with a few tricks and treated from the start, can really be worked around.

    Things you'd need; vitamin e aloe vera lotion, gauze, and cotton balls.

    First thing you do is slip on the black piece with the tubing, then apply lotion to the head. Wrap a strip of gauze on the head right above the black piece, put the cotton ball in the cap and put everything together.

    The cotton ball will soak up any fluid and everything together makes it much less uncomfortable for the head.

    I still have issues with dryness but this method has made everything slowly return to normal. I am pretty sure if I'd used this method from the get go I wouldn't still be dealing with this problem at all anymore. It also helps to apply the lotion at night.

    Going at the vac extender without any strategy is going to cause some nasty chapping. Just more information from my experience with pe.

    Another seriously pesky issue with the vac extender....

    The freaking suction rings break constantly. But first they tear, and when they tear they pinch. And that's just annoying.

    I have an order of four of the suction rings on the way in hopes they'll be here tomorrow. I have one ring left and it's really dangling. I have no ideas on how to get that to stop, but sewing them together gives me a small bit of extra time. 2 of them barely made it a month. I'm getting close to 100 dollars spent on the damn things. Definitely something to consider before you buy this over a phallosan.

    I'm taking the day off and hoping the rings arrive tomorrow so I don't have to spend another whole day getting pinched in the dick skin. Just means I will rearrange my routine so next Thursday is my last day off in the one day off strategy. Maybe I'll just use the bathmate for a more substantial hang.

    I got around to measuring the tp roll I was using. A hair under 5.2. So I am probably 5.3/5.4 flaccid. Which is lower than a 5.7 measurement I took a while back. Of course the original measurement wasn't after a full day of stretching and extending, so I guess that might be the difference.

    I definitely anticipated losing more girth than that, but I guess I did a decent job of cementing. Knowing me, I'll probably look to get 6.5 as my baseline before pumping and a ring. Just got to finish up with this butt of an extender in a few months... This week gone by fast at least.

    I opted to not use the bathmate today. My dick seems to enjoy a breather now and then. Hanging nice and lengthy today. I noticed two veins I have that are sort of staples looking like they're further out than usual. Good signs. I guess I kinda wish I was trained to eyeball measurements. Then again, maybe it's an even better sign that I can't and I'm noticing a substantial shift.

    10 days or so til measuring time.

    Believe it of not I used to doubt myself. I would measure and measure over and over to prove to myself I had gained but 10 minutes went by an the doubts crept up again. As a matter of fact when I cut my frenulum off due to excessive measuring and the ruler slipping. Most painful thing I have ever experienced. Not a total loss, that same weekend, even though I could not do PE I did a mind experiment that invented DLD Blasters

    That sounds horrific. Screw metal rulers. I'll stick with my remote until I top it.

    Might need to get a bigger remote after this month.

    I really think the weekly days off are doing good for me. I think there's a certain point of soreness where it's not helpful to push through anymore. Much like how I suspect I was over training girth, I think there's possibly a pique time to take a day off. I'm still not fully recovered from the high stress routine. Not sure if I want to be though. Really don't think I have enough time left to really draw a solid conclusion, but I am going to give it a go.
