    NS92's Log

    Been on a deconditioned break for idk how long and have decided to jump back into the pe game with a vengeance to become HUGE.

    -Will provide measurements and goals soon-

    Starting routine
    Week 1
    1. Warm up 10mins (sitting in warm bath)
    2. Manual stretches
    Pull your dick straight down (6 o'clock) for 30 seconds.
    Pull your dick straight down to the left (5 o'clock) for 30 seconds.
    Pull your dick straight down to the right (7 o'clock) for 30 seconds.
    Pull your dick straight down (6 o'clock) and "crank" (rotate it 360 degrees) for 30 seconds. (this gets the blood flowing)
    repeat for 2 sets.

    Pull your dick straight out for 30 seconds.
    Pull your dick straight out to the left (9 o'clock) for 30 seconds.
    Pull your dick straight out to the right (3 o'clock) for 30 seconds.
    Pull your dick straight out and "crank" (rotate it 360 degrees) for 30 seconds. (this gets the blood flowing)
    repeat for 2 sets.

    Pull your dick up (12 o'clock) for 30 seconds.
    Pull your dick straight up to the left (11 o'clock) for 30 seconds.
    Pull your dick straight up to the right (2 o'clock) for 30 seconds.
    Pull your dick straight up (12 o'clock) and "crank" (rotate it 360 degrees) for 30 seconds. (this gets the blood flowing)
    repeat for 2 sets.

    Standing, Pull your dick under your legs and behind your butt cheeks (backwards) for 30 seconds.
    Standing, Pull your dick under your legs and behind your left butt cheek (backwards-left) for 30 seconds.
    Standing, Pull your dick under your legs and behind your right butt cheek (backwards-right) for 30 seconds.
    Pull your dick straight out and "crank" (rotate it 360 degrees) for 30 seconds. (this gets the blood flowing)

    3. Jelqs (with lube) 100

    4. Edged for 17mins (without cumming afterwards)

    Love it and Welcome to the Brotherhood. Some tips to add to your routine that will really help a great deal. You can look at the SRT routine to learn how these stretches are done but they should be included in everyones routine:

    1. Bundled Stretching before a workout (5 minutes, 2.5 to the left, 2.5 to the right)
    2. Expressive Stretching (pulling internal penis out)
    3. Erect Stretching (cementing length gains)

    As I have said, these things and much more can be learned by studying the SRT Routine.

    1. Expressive stretching is basically pulling/stretching from the base of the shaft, right??
    2. I'm thinking of doing erect stretches during my edging session. Good idea?

    Tools for the SRT routine: I plan to save up and get the lengthmaster and SG extender. Since I have a few cable clamps handy, would they suffice instead of getting a bathmate?

    -Did 12mins worth (6 sets of 30secs) while jelqing and edging.

    *Had a little trouble maintaining hard on but once I got going, no issues. PC is a little sore, may take a day or two off.

    Bundled stretches 5mins/ 2.5 left and right.
    Manual stretches 2 sets/15secs (same as previous days)
    Jelqs-100
    Edged for 10mins w/o cumming

    Kegels (No kegels today)
    -Did 12mins worth (6 sets of 30secs) while jelqing and edging.
