    LENGTHMASTER AND HANGING , the road to greatness

    Hello my fellow PE brothers. This is my new log . A fresh start . A new beginning!
    Previously , my PE journey has brought ups and downs , gains and losses , with moments of joy but also frustration with bouts of sadness.
    The path of the PE practitioner can be a very bumpy road to travel along that can bring many different emotions. I have had success when I trained hard , but also losses when I became inconsistent. The losses I have encountered have been hard to handle and very discouraging. I had to make a change. I had to re evaluate my circumstances and figure out a way to make time for training so I can regain what I had lost but also surpass my previous achievements.
    Life can be tough. Things can get in the way and we can make excuses as why we can't train at any particular time or day. We create motives for our lack of doing! I have had lots of ups and downs in my personal life and working life that have contributed to my lack of training and my lack of participation on the forum, and for that my brothers , I apologise.
    This log is a new beginning for me. For me to hold myself accountable for my actions. For me to achieve what I desire! To grow , not just my cock , but as a man!

    I'm not new to training. I feel I have a good grasp on what I should and should not do . I know what's affective for me and what isn't. That being said , I need to change things up. Previously I've performed manual stretches. I have used the bathmate and the 5/5/3. I have hung .. and of course I have used the lenghtmaster.

    Two months ago I attempted to get back into a good training regime. I began to hang . Because I have had alot of experience with the lengthmaster, my starting weight was quite high at 5kg. I hung this easily for
    three 20 miminute sets starting once a day for a week and then twice a day. This weight did nothing for me. No fatigue , nothing. I moved upto 7.5kg , again , three 20 minute sets twice a day. This brought on a little fatigue. After two weeks at this weight I moved upto 10kg . I hung at 10 kg SD for three weeks before switching to BHC because I didn't want to take another massive leap. When hanging BTC I had to lower the weight back down to 7.5kg. After a week at this weight I'm feeling like I need to move up again but I've decided not to. I have decided to incorporate the other piece of equipment which I feel is the missing link to me restarting my gains.The LENGTHMASTER !How or why I didn't think of this earlier is beyond me!
    For three days now I have been following the same routine twice a day and it is leaving me in a state of fatigue that I have never felt before!, I feel this is the key to success......


    Lenghtmaster warm up , bundle stretches of 30 seconds clockwise and anti clockwise SU, SO ,SD, BHC
    Lengthmater main workout. Bundles , clockwise and anti clockwise of 2 minutes in each direction,SU, SO ,SD,BHC.
    Normal lenghmaster SD stretch sat down with the handles under my legs , leaning back as far as I can for 5 minutes.

    Remove the lengthmaster and massage for ten minutes.

    Attach hanger with 10kg SD for one 20 minute set .

    Take of hanger and massage.

    This will be my routine until I feel I need to increase the hanging weight.

    Measurements before I started this routine where - bpsfl 7.3/4 inches
    Bpel - 6.5 inches.
    My next measurement will be at the end of October.


    I am going to try really hard to update this log on a regular basis which is something I have failed to do previously.

    Thanks Big. Gotta say , I love hanging ! I can see me getting to the point were I'll have to hit some serious weight to gain and this is why I have chosen the lenghtmaster to get me to a point of fatigue before I hang. When hanging it's pointed out everywhere I've read that the first set should bring about fatigue and then you ride it for your remaining sets. This has not happened to me so far. I only reach fatigue on my last set. But since I've tried warming up with the lenghtmaster first , I have had the desired effects I'm looking for. My unit must be seriously conditioned!

    I channeled my inner McGyver and came-up with my new hanging apparatus: The bundle chamber from my LM with a wrap of theraband (the yellow, plasticky sheet thing) and an empty container of Pub Mix (you know that 'salt-lick' of a snack designed to make you drink more beer that you get at Costco). I wanted to be able to modulate the amount of weight (and since I hang in the shower, I use water as my medium) and I also wanted the whole rig to be just a few inches from the floor in case of 'slippage' (myself and/or the rig).

    Session 4 of my new routine. ....

    Morning session
    Warm up- lenghtmaster bundles , 30 seconds clock wise and anti , SU , SO , SD , BTC

    Main session - lenghtmaster bundles, 2 minutes, clockwise and anti , SU , SO , SD , BTC

    non bundled SD stretch whilst sat down with the lenghtmaster handles under my legs , leaning back to further stress the ligs - 5 minutes duration.

    Remove lenghtmaster and massage for 10 minutes.

    Hanging session

    Hanging 10kg whilst bundled and swinging, switching between clockwise and anti every five minutes. This session lasts 20 minutes.

    Remove hanger to massage before applying ace bandage to keep elongated. I remove between an hour to an hour and a half to do a few stretches before re applying.

    Kegals are performed throughout the day. Standard followed by reverse.

    Notes- the lenghtmaster master bundles are doing an excellent job of tiring out my cock before my hanging session. The 5 minutes of BTC is hitting my ligs very hard helping me achieve fatigue early on in my hanging session. In the coming weeks I will be trying to add an extra 20 minute hanging set to finish off the session.

    No training tonight because Ive worked late and it's date night with my other half. My cock will have a different workout which will give me chance to work on my stamina 😉

    When you bundle , twist your hanger half a turn and hold it there. I'm not doing a full rotation as half is more than enough, especially when you combine this with a swinging motion.

    I have accidentally found an excellent way to perform this stretch which can be done normally or bundled. To do this it would be best if you have something yo lean your back on.
    Pull down and place the lenghtmaster handles under your legs as you would to perform BTC. Squat all the way down , balancing on the balls of your feet and place the lenghtmaster handles under your heels. In this position you can apply extra force my pushing your heels towards the floor. This is an excellent hands free BTC stretch.

    Remove lenghtmaster and massage for 10 minutes.

    Hanging session

    Hanging 10kg whilst bundled and swinging, switching between clockwise and anti every five minutes. This session lasts 20 minutes.

    Notes- discovering the hands free BTC heel stretch was genius! I can aply as much force as I need to in this position and stay comfortably for my 5 minute set.
    This set me up nicely for my hanging set of which fatigue set in after around 10 minutes. Rather than remove weight I was able to finish the remaining 10 minutes.

    No training in the evening again today because I'm back on the job with the missez. Last night was great with my oral and finger game being on point! My stamina was pretty good too, but because I'd already given my missez 6 shattering orghasms it wouldn't of made the slightest bit of difference if I'd lasted 10 seconds!
