I recently posted on this in another thread and I know it helped several guys who were having a "challenge" in this area.
You kegel, kegel, kegel and kegel some more. Your PC muscles are no doubt much stronger than they used to be. BUT, when you ejaculate, your distance and the force with which your 'cum' exits is no more impressive than before...or if it is, barely so. Like most guys, myself included (until I discovered this on my own), youre missing the boat so to speak.
I could care less about doing kegels until I'm "multi-orgasmic". Supposedly this is a point you reach once you have done so many kegels and developed such a strong PC muscle that you can supposedly completely hold back your ejaculation and stay erect after an orgasm. BIG DEAL...in my book anyway. Besides, if I wanna be multi-orgasmic, I'll just pop 50mg of generic Viagra 30 minutes before.
So, onto the gravy. Like I've said above, simply doing Kegels is NOT enough to increase your ejaculation force and distance. Does not matter how many you do or, how often you do them. What you need to do is learn to practice deliberately flexing your PC muscles IN SYNC with your normal ejaculatory 'spasms'. In other words, instead of just letting your ejaculation happen, you are taking control over the process. I learned to do this with masturbation. When I felt an orgasm approaching, I would begin flexing my PC muscles. Trying to sort of "catch" each spasm with a deliberate flex of my PC. Over the course of a few days to a week you should get the hang of this. Like I said, make it a part of your masturbation ritual. Soon, it will become habit and your ejaculation will no longer just run out or have a couple squirts at the beginning with the rest just running out.
I can now ejaculate literally, several FEET. For a mental visual, imagine pulling out of your partner when you reach orgasm and being able to cum on their face or, past their head from that position without moving .....I can do that!
