    natural supplements for hard errections?

    does someone know supplement to get rock hard errections? i'm already taking l-arginine and whey protein wich contains l-lysine. Are there more things liek food, other vitamins??

    Okay bruv zaxs, dont waste your money on viagra because you can use the same ingredient to make your own viagra.

    The main ingredient for allowing for blood to flow to your penis for erection are:

    For the nitric oxide:

    - L-arginine
    - Yohimbe
    - Maca powder (also called herb viagra)
    - etc


    Other supplement: (take before bed) All naturally ingredient.

    -ZMA with Tribulus for best result (also It help with sleeping pattern than those sleeping bills)

    arginine and more arginine.

    Low dose wont do much. When I use it, it is around the 10g mark.

    thnks ryuu for the advice!!!! I'm already work out about 4 times a week, about 3 years, so you can say i'm well build. But as for the yohimbe doenst it give side affects??? and what is ZMA?

    isn't 10g of l-arganine a overkill??

    Lol you don't need high dose of L-arginine, as your body naturally produce it.

    You only moderate dose of L-arginine for best results. And drink alot of water and sleep sufficient time for your body to adapt.
