    A total PE-newbie's PE+Bathmate progress and results.

    As of today I'm new to three things; Penis Enlargement, the MoS forum plus my Bathmate arrived in the mail today. I've been following the BM discussions for about a week and I figured I'd write down my own experiences and results since I'm new to everything Penis Enlargement.

    Why am I doing this? I've pretty much always wanted a bigger penis. Also I'm getting married in six months and figured since I've been thinking and reading alot about Penis Enlargement the last two years - why not try and go get myself a big one?! What a wedding gift!

    I'm planning to stick with Penis Enlargement until I get the results I want (not quite sure yet, but me and my lady will figure that out as I make progress) and since it seems like good exercise for the overall penile health I might stick to it longer.

    For about 14 days I've also been taking herbal pills to increase blood flow and (according to manufacturer) increase erecth length and girth. According to my fiancée she says she can feel a difference, I can feel more bloodflow and damn hard erections.

    First day with Bathmate:

    • No problems with the BM itself, very easy to attach, well manufactured and sticks when sitting down, standing up and even when pulling it quite hard (hurts though).
    • Did a 20 minute morning session in the bathtub. Felt good, didn't measure. But my penis looked and felt longer and more full.
    • Read another thread about BM (opa's) and I think him or RedZulu mentioned the use of a cock ring. I know that it's not good for a newbie to overdo Penis Enlargement, but I had to try and I felt good from the session this morning - will not continue with two sessions a day.
    • Did a 15 minute session where I pumped it hard as hell; sat down for 10 and stood up (letting the BM hang) for about 5 minutes. Felt awesome. Took it off and got blown away, have never looked that big!
    • It's been about an hour since and I'm typing this with the cockring on.


    Measures about 15 minutes after the first session:

    FL: 5.5 in (14 cm)
    PFC: 5.5 in (14 cm)

    I'll keep this thread updated with the BM (and any other Penis Enlargement) progress at least once a week or if something worth mentioning has happened. Will try and answer any questions but remember I'm totally new to Penis Enlargement. Just figured it could be fun for someone to read that has never tried Penis Enlargement at all.

    It's been ten days since I started using the BM which is also my firt attempt at Penis Enlargement. I've been using it everyday with 5 min warm-up, 17-22 min of Bathmating, 5 min warm-down, after that I've been wearing a penis ring for 2-4 hours to keep the blood in my penis.

    Overall I'm satisfied with it although I constantly feel some penile fatigue and generally me and my girl have sex two times a day - now I feel my member could use some rest inbetween sex or BM sessions. Another thing is I'm gonna wear the penis ring for a maximum of two hours, since I took it off after just 30 min yesterday and experienced less fatigue when doing that.

    Regarding growth I think it's really too early to tell, but temporary results are amazing. I can tell overall girth is a little bigger and length is constantly between 1-2 cm longer (but since it's never been more than 24 hours inbetween sessions I really don't count that as more than temporary growth).

    I'm also taking VigRX Plus as a herbal supplement. Does anyone else have any experience with those pills? I'm thinking of switching to the MoS Titan pill - explanation of the difference or any comparison between the two would be greatly appreciated!

    Will keep doing just the BM for another five weeks and I'm then thinking of adding some other (manual) exercises - also thinking of becoming a member of the MoS program and trying the PA.

    Today is my 11th day with the Bathmate and during these 11 days I've never in my life had so much cock on my mind - and never read such an amount about them either. Strange thing to say... but it feels great!

    The hardest thing for me regarding Penis Enlargement is to constrain myself, not overdo it and incorporate other exercises - really, really hard. But I'm sticking to my Bathmate 15-20 minutes a day and some supplements, also started incorporating PC exercises to my daily routines after reading xPFMTx by BANANAxBOY.

    On the plus side of things
    • I feel my penis growing! I really feel it in my body; maybe that's because I've never done Penis Enlargement or because of the BM or both, doesn't really matter to me. But the feeling of growth, the look in the mirror… WOW! I'm amazed by it!
    • I've learned alot about my own body (mostly lower middle part) and mind from reading alot on the MoS forums.
    • Yesterday I had my first (conscious) multi-orgasm experience during sex which lead me to; (1) reading more about it on MoS, (2) buying a book today about male orgasms and tantric sex, reading it and (3) experience multi-orgams during sex again today! It's a long road to completely master them though, but I've taken the first few steps.
    • From having started this journey as more of an experiment (at least that's where my mindset was, guess I was a skeptic) I now know that I will stick to Penis Enlargement; in a while I know I will have a big and very healthy dick!
    • I'm sharing every one of my experiences with my girlfriend who is very supportive (who wouldn't be?)!
    • The positive experiences I dedicate to the MoS forums and myself (for making up my mind and deciding not to be ashamed and just do it)!
    • I've decided to become a member and get the Maximum Gains Package as soon as my new paycheck arrives (won't alter my routines for another month or two though) because I know that it will; (1) motivate me to keep going as well as (2) give support to a great forum like this.


    On the minus side of things
    • Cock obsession (could be on the plus side as well).
    • Penis fatigue, some soreness and temporary discoloration (been pushing the BM quite hard, between 190-200), but nothing that really bothers me and wasn't expected. Basically the same (at least some) side effects that REDZULU2003 talks about in the constriction guide pdf.
    • Sex drive isn't as high as usual due to the above mentioned fatigue, guess my member is trying to get used to the work out.


    Some measurements...
    A few days ago I decided to measure my dick one day right before sex (and approximately 7-8 hours after my BM session). Measured in at:

    NBPenis EnlargementL: 7.3 in (18.5 cm)
    Penis EnlargementC: 5.5 in (14 cm)

    Hoping the above gains one day will become permanent.

    Hello buddy!

    Reading this thread is inspirational and makes me want to grab a BM now and start a pump. Your doing very well indeed and the size increase you've seen will in time lead to permanent new growth, but keep at it as your new at this so its important to keep going and allow the growth cycle to start ... similar on many levels to how the body adapts to stresses placed on it when we lift weights and get larger muscles, stronger ligaments and more strength.

    Eleven days and to already see that size so many hours afterwards is a good sign.

    If you find your penis getting too tired [fatigued] than I suggest doing 1 day on 1 day off and do that until it gets strong again. You are infact appraoching the 14th day which marks 2 weeks and usually at 2 weeks I see changes start to adapt in the penis from very regular intense work and it could very well be soon time to try 1 on 1 off on perhaps the 15th day and see how that goes for 1 week [7 days].

    Try to now slowly but surely increase the pressure very slightly every few days, like every 3 if your doing 7 days on the bounce and this is increasing the INTENSITY to maintain that stimulus which gets that growth but you only really grow when you rest and although we grow when we sleep, its when we have those full days off from it all that we see more change.

    Another suggestion would be to also increase the amount of time in the pump by 2-5 mins every so often for your sets. I wouldnt do this and increase the pressure at the sametime as it could be too much, so one over the other is best at this early but vital stage.

    Lastly ... when you do get the Matters of size package and start the phases which go from 1 upto I think it is 6, you can still use the BM alongside it as they will work synergistically with one another.

    In fact I advise you check the NEWBIE section and focus on the sticky threads with attention towards the routine thread by myself and the newbie thread by DLD. I would strongly advise that you read them, learn about them and choose a routine to perform alongside the use of your Bathmate, because they will as I have pointed out synergistically compliment.

    Glad to hear you find it inspiring - I do too! Thanks for your advice, they mean a lot coming from you. I've read many of your posts and you always seem to give knowledgeable, solid and very inspiring advice.

    Come my 15th day I will try 1 day on 1 day off, although I'm a little ambivalent about doing so - a little because I've read about DLD's history and about how he gained from doing exercises every day, but mainly because I like the feeling of contempt I get from doing my "tub thing". BUT I will do it, after all gains is what I'm gonna achieve. Will also try to evolve both length of "tub time" and BM pressure.

    I'm very intrigued by trying constriction later on and I wonder... Since I'm feeling (from what I've learned on MoS) the regular newbie side effects at the moment and BM use can be considered Penis Enlargement (meaning I'm strengthening my dick). I'm wondering if I might dare to experiment a bit with my upcoming exercise schedule. Like using the PA and maybe the newbie routine you suggested for constriction (I like gadgets). What do you think? Like with all Penis Enlargement I understand the need to be responsive to my body's and buddy's reactions, et c.

    Looks like you are experiencing great results thus far. I am very close to the same size as you and am interested in incorporating the BM. I have a couple of questions:

    1.) What do you do during your warm up and cool down?

    2.) Which cock ring do you use and do you recommend it? Also, are you now doing the 2 hours or 30 minutes?

    I look forward to monitoring your results. Based largely on your posts, I plan on purchasing the BM after the holidays. Thanks!

    Ok, this is what I do.

    Since I'm doing it in the tub, that is pretty much my warm up and cool down - I do rub, stretch, touch my member (mildly) during both. Warm up is 5-6 minutes and cool down is about 10, I also do PC exercises during cool down.

    I put on the cock ring during cool down. I use a regular silicon cock ring (not too thin). Now I wear it for 3-6 hours. My member is not that fatigued anymore and the first days I got a lot of fluid build up from the BM that I don't get anymore. I found out that mild jelqing or some kind of massage that makes you hard right after the BM session removes fluid and increases blood flow (of course) - I do this for about 5-10 minutes (I don't ejaculate). Right after that I put on the cock ring. Yesterday I had the cock ring on for about 5 hours. Every now and then I take it off and give myself mild massage. Make sure it's not too tight and don't get your cock cold and/or purple, if that happens just take the cock ring off and massage yourself for a few minutes and try putting it on again.

    Hope this helps. And let me know if you get your BM and how it works out for you.

    Ok, so today is my 17th day with the Bathmate. Nothing much to report except that I'll be doing 2 days on 1 day off for the next 14 days - REDZULU adviced me to do 1 day on 1 day off, but I must say I'm liking it too much and it seems my dick is starting to get used to the BM exercise.

    I plan on "tricking" my member; I started out with 2 weeks with BM every day, now I'll do 2 weeks with 2 days on 1 day off, after that I plan on doing 1 week no days off, then 1 week with 1 day on 1 day off, then 2 weeks no days of, et c.

    I'm doing my PC exercises every day, I'm having sex every day (also practicing to come without cum) and I'm taking VigRX Plus. Also bought a new magnetic cock ring and it's working great, I can pretty much wear it all day and my penis is slightly constricted and filled with warm blood. The other day I bought the MoS Maximum Gains Package and come late January I'll be introducing myself to some new exercises as well.
