Penis head gets cold?

I got my SizeGenetics extender yesterday and tried that bad boy on. After about 45 minutes of use, I reached down to feel the head of my penis and it was very cold to the touch. Is this normal when using the extender, or is it because I had strapped in too tight? How tightly should you secure the straps?

You don't want the head to get cold for an extended period as this means there is an deficiency of blood (and of course cells can't live without blood). Check out the site for wrapping techniques. I was in the same boat as you are in. What really helped me was wrapping below the glands several times, then wrapping around the sizegenetics to hold everything in place. Basically, this triples the surface area that is used for stretching vs just using the SizeGenetics strap.

I don't like the idea of wearing an extender any longer than an hour before taking off, returning good circulation and reattaching. Just take an hourly bathroom break to do this. The head will get cold due to it's restriction but an hour will not cause any issues.

Totally agree with this - After alot of problems with the extender, I found that I got best results using it after a pump and jelq session - pop the extender for an hour with some jelqing and massaging with oil at the end of the hour.

Seriously? I've tried using the extender after a BathMate session and could barely get the base ring over my shaft (it's not that I have a lot of girth normally, but after a BathMate session I have elephantitis of the dick). And then when I try to use the adjustable rings/twisty things (whatever they're called), it pinches the skin on the sides of my penis. Tomorrow I'll try the extender followed by the BathMate and some jelqing and see how the results compare.
