2)1 to 2 hours of the Static Strecther Heavy duty Extender(sometimes more time depending on the day)
3)1 hour or more of DLD Bundled Hanging Blasters (Depending on the day) Occasionally
4)Supra Slammers for 20-30 mins (everyday)
5)DLD Bathmate Blasters 30 min (everyday) Right after Supra Slammer
6)Everytime i go to the crapper i do some of the newbie routine
