Penis Enlargement: Take Your Time


So many men find out about penis enlargement and rush past many of the foundational steps in search of faster penis enlargement gains. An overzealous approach towards penis enlargement is never a good idea. Doing so could rob you of massive gains possible in the earlier phases of penis enlargement.


The Matters of Size Program is set up into 5 Phases.

Phase 5 is the pinnacle of intensity on every level. At this point you have made incredible gains and perhaps you want the monster and this Phase delivers with speed. Flaccid Penis Size....Penis enlargement for a longer, thicker hanging penis

Many guys become insecure about flaccid, or soft, penis size. This condition is known as Locker Room Anxiety. If you are like many guys, flaccid size is important to your confidence in the dressing room or the bed room. Although most natural penis enlargement will increase not only your erect size but your flaccid size there are some exercises that are geared towards soft penis size.


Many guys are happy with their erect size but they are left confused by their soft size. In many cases the flaccid penis will shrink in size when flaccid and this is called "turtling". This condition is not as difficult to correct as many think. Allowing the penis to hang lower is more of a training thing than it is an enlargement thing. What I mean is the penis becomes used to turtling and this can become corrected by teaching it to stay in an extended state and this can be done several ways.

One exercise that works great is LAZY ASS STRETCHES. This stretch is great for guys who sit for most of their day. When I created this stretch I was working as a graphic designer and I was sitting for 7-8 hours a day. This stretch could be done for hours on end with no effort by the user. I spend the majority of my day in front of my computer in a private office so this stretch is ideal for me...it is also good for those who have a driving job or a semi-private work and/or home environment. I wear warmup pant exclusively to work...The kind that button up the sides to give me easy access to my stuff. In a standing position I grab my penis from the back by the glans and stretch it as far as I can to the extreme right...once I am sure of the stretch being very stong I sit on my penis with the right butt cheek...once in seated position with a simple adjustment in seating angle the stretch can be intensified to varying tighness. I sit with my penis to the right for about 15 minutes...undo the stretch and return good circulation then set it up to the left.


Another exercise that is great with flaccid size is called "Aced Strapped" This exercise is great with training the penis to stay in an extended state. I used this exercise to get my flaccid size very close to my erect size. Here are the original instructions:

Ace Strapped
Using a ACE bandage in a completely flaccid state wrap your penis in a stretched position from base to tip. Keep it wrapped for 15 minute intervals and re-wrap to keep blood flow good. This can be worn all day as long as it is re-wrapped every 15 minutes to promote blood circulation. This is a great way to make fast flaccid hang gains.

Keeping the penis in an extended, expanded state (Penis Enlargement Tips)


Here are some cool tricks to keep your penis in an extended, expanded state throughout the day. These methods will help you increase your flaccid length and girth immensely. Nothing will replace manual penis enlargement but one issue guys have is shrinkage after a good workout. Temporary shrinkage in normal, you probably notice it after sex or masturbation. After a good workout you can take some steps that will keep you pumped all day and help your penis enlargement gains along, while hanging nicely. First thing is a good warm down. AFter you finish your penis enlargement session be sure to apply a hot wrap (using a washcloth) to help your penis repair but it will also keep you expanded throughout the day. This is easy to do, you simply heat a washcloth up with warm-hot water (nothing that will burn you) and wrap the cloth around your penis. Repeat every minute for 5 minutes. You can speed the process by doing dry jelqs so there is not clean up. I will do this maybe 5 times a day in addition to my normal girth session. I like to keep a couple of sexy pictures in my pocket to help me stay up for these quick sessions and no one will know what you are doing.

Penis Enlargement for Harder Erections


When I first got into penis enlargement I was searching for something that would give me harder erections. At the time I was taking medication that caused erectile dysfunction and I was becoming very frustrated with this issue. EXERCISES EXPLAINED

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

PC Muscle Fitness/Kegels
This is an important part of your workout.
This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

How can I increase my flaccid penis size?



For many men flaccid penis size is more important than erect. �Although general penis enlargement will increase your flaccid penis size there are some things you can do that will help speed the process. �Fluctuation�in penis size, while soft, is obvious during weather changes, mental and emotional issues, diet, exercise and other environmental reasons. �Men would love to have their best flaccid size all the time so we will explore this.

As I said earlier, general penis enlargement will increase your flaccid size as your erect size grows. As a matter of fact the first place men see gains is in flaccid size. I found that using the above ideas in conjunction with general penis enlargement gave me flaccid gains at record speeds.

In addition to diet exercise is also good not only for good circulation to the penis but you will also lose fat which will allow more of your penis to show. Most overweight men can lose up to 3" of penis in their fat pads (fat at pelvic bone.) Losing weight and getting in shape will allow your penis to hang lower and longer plus giving a visual WOW when the fat pad is gone.

Penis enlargement can leave the penis dry and turtling after an intense session. I found that this is where a warm-down is good in penis enlargement. There are a few different ways to do a warm-down. I will give you 2, one longer than the other. When I have time I like to use the heating pad method. I apply about a dime sized dollop of hydrocortisone cream or ointment to my penis. I massage it in until my penis is nice and moist. After my penis is relaxed and moist I wrap an electric heating pad around my penis and keep it there as long as I can. This obviously requires a lot of privacy but it is the best method. If time and privacy do not allow this try a simple wash cloth warm down. This takes about five minutes. Again, apply the hydrocortisone to your penis, but use the ointment so it will not be washed away during warm-down. Rub it in until it has absorbed. Take a wash cloth and soak it in warm to hot water (nothing that will burn you.) Wrap penis and repeat every minute for 5 minutes.
