Firstly.... Alright, to get you onto the right path as to what I'm talking about here than see the following link http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/a...tid=4206&stc=1 .
Look above the female's finger for the 'line' going across the penis, underneath the skin. Thats what is often refered to as 'ribs' and Shane, the guy in that link is a great example.

What are these 'ribs'? They are called Trabeculae but 'ribs' is the slang if you will for them.
They are made-up of white fibrous tissue, elastic fibres and plain musculer fibres. Numourous arteries and nerves are contained in them. They are in essence what supports and encloses arteries entering the cavernous structure.

On entering the cavernous structure the arteries divide into branches, which are supported and enclosed by the trabeculae

Not alot of guys have these really visible like shane does, and thats why I used him as the example in the pictures.

I've found, that now I'm starting to see these Trabeculae becoming more and more visible.
I have had them like this for awhile now, but they have become more prominent especially during a session if I'm doing downward erect constricted bends.
The Trabeculae bulge out the sides just like shanes.
Deep girth work like that of constriction methods, SSJ, Horse Squeezes etc etc will make these Trabeculae structures more prominent, because they enclose arteries which carry blood into the Cavernous spaces so in essence they must be being enlarged through penis enlargement by doing deep internal girth work like that I have mentioned above.
I've never noticed these Trabeculae with other pe methods I used such as normal jelqing or stretching etc.
They musn't have hit the deep internal penis to actually get the Trabeculae to become prominent.

I just wanted to share this information because it has always been on my mind as what these 'ribs' were - Trabeculae .

Penis Enlargement Intensity

How much intensity should you be using in basic jelqing and stretching? �This is a good question and one many men wonder about. �It is difficult to "show" intensity in video because you can not feel it so I will try to help you understand. �First and foremost, everyone can make penis enlargement gains. �If you are not making gains you are doing something wrong. �What could it be? �Either intensity or form. �

Keep Penis Enlargement Simple

For so many men, penis enlargement seems so miraculous, so impossible, so complicated that they give up before they start. Penis Pump Madness

Well it looks as though I will be creating my penis enlargement pump myself. I have looked into many of the penis enlargement pumps online and I feel as though I can make something better. Right now I am looking into getting the best parts I can get to accomplish my new penis enlargement girth workout. I did not feel like ordering off the shelf and with my knowledge of penis enlargement I felt like I could do much better, especially for what some of these penis enlargement pump sites are charging. The system I was looking at was around $400 US and I was like "DAMN!" When I started to research it I found I could make a pump that was much more powerful myself.

My plans with the penis enlargement pump is to use it as a pre and post exercise to my manual girth work. I was thinking about something like this:

DLD Slow Squash Jelqs (30 Minutes)
30 Minutes more of Pumping
Warm Down using a heating pad

For starters this looks like a great place to start but I am sure once I am into it I will modify what I am doing. Penis enlargement is like that especially when just starting something new. I am looking to hold a maximum girth size while applying manual techniques. Currently my girth is about 6.5". At one time I was able to hold a post girth size of 7" but I never cemented this size so I am hoping that the new workout will get me there and keep me there. Modern Phalloplasty: Procedures, and Results.

THIS is the focus of this blog entry. To share modern procedures that are available, and to describe them in detail. Phalloplasty is an elective procedure. Meaning, its not necessary to perform, but can be performed. • Penis Widening:

Penis Widening is making the penis thicker, or more girthy. There are two procedures for doing this.

1) Allograft Dermal Matrix Grafting (using Alloderm �)

2) Autologolous Dermal Grafting

Core technology: AlloDerm is an acellular dermal matrix derived from donated human skin tissue supplied by US AATB-compliant tissue banks utilizing the standards of the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) and Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) requirements. Since AlloDerm is regarded as minimally processed and not significantly changed in structure from the natural material, the FDA has classified it as banked human tissue.

In other words, donated tissue that has been sterilized, and stripped of identifying cellular compounds which would make your body reject it. What�s left is basically an empty matrix of tissue ready for implantation, or grafting. In a matter of weeks your body begins to make it your own tissue. With Alloderm widening, typical first procedure result is an increase from ?� up to 1�. That may not sound like much, but I encourage you to make a paper cylinder measuring 5� in girth, and then one measuring 6� in girth. Compare the two visually, and based on how they feel in the hand. Big difference!

The doctor makes a curvilinear incision in the infra-pubic region at the base of the penis that approximately 2 inches in length and a second incision usually made approximately 5 mm proximal to the glans (the head) of the penis. This incision in necessary in order to insert the AlloDerm/Dermal grafting below the skin inside the front part of the penis for the girth enhancement procedure. Autologolous Dermal Grafting: This option uses the patients� own dermal tissue for the procedure. Performed the same as with Alloderm. Typical first procedure result is an increase from 1� up to 2�. Why the big difference? Alloderm comes in sheets, and requires more material to achieve a similar result to Dermal Grafting. Also, Alloderm costs more due to its processed, and patented nature.

Typical cost for Autologolous Dermal Grafting $12,000

• Penis Lengthening:

Penis Lengthening is making the penis longer. The penis is held in place partially by the suspensory ligament. This ligament connects the upper base of the penis to the pubic bone. An incision is made in the skin of the pubic area above the base of the penis, and the ligament is severed, and the penis is allowed to advance forward of the body. Contrary to popular misconception, the penis does not flop downward, or around uncontrollably when erect post operation. Erection angle usually lowers, but not dramatically. 10-15% lower erection angle is typical. Typical result is an increase in length from 1� to 2� post operation with potential for more if proper post operation physiotherapy is followed. This includes the use of a vacuum weight hanger typically. Typical cost for lengthening $7,000

• Glanular Enhancement:

Glanular Enhancement is making the glans (head) of the penis larger. This is done by inserting either Alloderm, or a Dermal Graft under the �ridge� area of the glans. Patients can expect up to a 30% increase in glans size from this procedure. With Alloderm the cost is typically $7,000. With Dermal Graft $6,000. Again the price difference is due to the higher cost of Alloderm.

• Reconstruction Of Other Phalloplasty Surgeries:

As mentioned earlier, there are unfortunately some doctors practicing who should not be. Once in a while they botch a procedure, and corrective surgery is required. The smart men find another surgeon. The corrective surgery can sometimes only require repair, but most of the time complete reconstruction is required. With a widening procedure that needs correction, the tissue which was implanted is removed, and replaced. With lengthening surgery that needs correction, the suspensory ligament was usually not cut enough, and is severed more completely. Any other corrective procedure that needs to be done is assessed, and the patient is informed of what needs to be done. Cost depends on procedures required. Unfortunately, it may mean starting completely from ground zero.

Penis Enlargement: Girth and Length

We have explored female preference in penis size. I think it is safe to assume that too much size is not desirable. Giving proportions to the perfect size penis is difficult but if we consider average penis size and what we have heard on female preference we can figure that 5.5 x 5 is what they usually encounter. I do not believe this to be the most desirable size. In my honest opinion 7 x 5.5 is a size that would floor most women while 8 x 6 is a size that will be at the limit of female desire while satisfying the male need for a huge penis.
