Penis Enlargement is a Journey

Just like you go to the gym, in penis enlargement you will go to your private place. It is smart to include healthy food and body exercises as you gain in penis enlargement because losing those extra pounds around the pelvic bone will prove to be the fastest way to make penis enlargement gains. If you combine a excellent penis enlargement routine with your diet and exercise plan you will grow the fastest. March 24, 2005 *|* At 6:30 each morning, Mike Salvini wakes up and pads downstairs to check his e-mail. That's always how he starts his day, because someone out there might need help. Could be this someone hadn't warmed up sufficiently, or had pulled too hard or bent himself at a strange angle, but now something's wrong. And no man likes to have pain shooting up the shaft of his penis. So Mike tries to answer questions as often as he can, to reassure, to coax, to motivate. And then he goes into the bathroom, eases himself onto the toilet, places a length of industrial plastic pipe across his thighs, pulls his penis up and over the pipe and slooooowly cranks it forward, like a winch.

With each millimeter, he can feel the skin stretch, masking the slow seismic drift of internal tissue. Another tug. Now hold. One, two ... He wrestles the monster for 60 long seconds before releasing the tension. This is the tunica traction stretch, the first exercise of Mike's day: Eighteen hours and three workouts later, he will fall into bed, a fraction closer to his ultimate goal. He once had a healthy 6-and-a-half-inch erection; now he sports a 10-and-a-half-inch heart-stopper. Stretching himself along a ruler, he damn near exhausts its hash marks.

To most people, Mike Salvini might appear to be, well, a freak. Besides the fact that he's a recovering obsessive-compulsive heroin addict with agoraphobia, who in their right mind stretches his penis over a length of plastic pipe? But Mike Salvini is a hero and an inspiration to thousands of men who dream of building their own fearsome endowments -- not because of how big he is, but because of how far he's come. He's not Mike Salvini to them, though; he's Double Long Daddy, guru of natural penis enlargement. And before he calls it quits, he wants to have the largest dick in the world.

Men today can pump up their traps and glutes, their pecs and abs. They can strip almost every ounce of body fat, train the fast-twitch muscle fibers in their calves. But society's approval of male body transformation stops at changing the size of your penis. From the very first sex-ed filmstrip in grade school to the advanced biology curriculum in grad school, men are told to be happy with what they're born with. Sixty-five years ago Alfred Kinsey decreed that phallic dimensions between five and seven inches were within the great continuum known as "average," and since then those measurements have confined our lives. Only recently have men like Mike Salvini dared to turn their backs on "average," let alone talk freely about it.

P.E. practitioners know all this, which is why they call what they do "natural" penis enlargement: no pills, no surgery, no snake oil. There might be a gray-market cottage industry riding the coattails of Cialis and Levitra, but P.E.ers want no part of it. In fact, many see these spam-fueled businesses as a stumbling block to their legitimate form of enlargement. "My biggest problem is dealing with all the other bullshit out there," says Salvini. "Having people see a clear line between what I'm doing, and pills and patches and all the other bullshit. We get tossed into that same pile, because people aren't educated enough to see that there's a difference."

Still, the P.E. movement has absolutely zero legitimacy in the eyes of science. No one in the American medical community has yet deigned to study P.E.; speaking softly and carrying a bigger stick is still folly. "The penis is a beautifully designed anatomical marvel that has evolved through millions of years," says Dr. J. Francois Eid, director of the Advanced Urological Care Center in New York. "It's immature, arrogant even, to think that we can do better." Making one's penis bigger through exercise, he says, is akin to making one's nose bigger through exercise -- and about as likely to happen.

The urologists at Boston University's Institute for Sexual Medicine refused even to comment on P.E. for this story. According to a spokesperson, "the topic is not to their liking." Dr. Ira Sharlip of the American Urological Association was willing to consider the possibilities. "Nobody knows the answer" to whether or not natural exercises could increase one's penis size, he said, "but I'd imagine that up to some reasonable limit the spongy tissue" -- more on this later -- "could expand." Even the most grudging concessions, though, come with a stern caveat: "I don't think you can conclude that [P.E. is] medically sound," Sharlip said, "just because there are numerous anecdotal experiences with it."

"There's something about P.E. that doesn't make sense," Mike readily admits. "How can you take a penis and make it bigger?" But he and the rest of the P.E. practitioners are convinced you can. Anecdotal experiences are what they rely on, how they keep each other going. While they'd love to see their beliefs validated, most P.E.ers are perfectly content to keep flying under the radar. If everyone catches on, averages will rise, and they won't be so special anymore. Still, they're tired of being dismissed by skeptics, of being lumped in with the creams and magical elixirs. "Let them believe what they want," wrote "Sundown" on Matters of Size, "those with faith and effort are reeking [sic] the benefits." A P.E.er named "Supra" responded, "let me pull down my pants on CNN and lets [sic] see what they say about PE."

Anger aside, some of P.E.'s other advocates are hardly whom you'd expect. Bib -- or "Bigger Is Better" -- is a 48-year-old Texas real estate salesman who agreed to be interviewed only if his real name wasn't used. Bib loves his wife and kids. And thanks to a routine that involves hanging 45 pounds of weight from his member for up to seven hours at a time -- working from home grants him the necessary privacy and time -- he boasts a 10-and-a-half-inch erection. "This has completely changed my life," he says, "on many, many different fronts." Bib was a virgin when he married because he was afraid to let any woman see his 1-inch flaccid penis. Not long ago, he found himself standing in front of a seating section at a basketball game, scanning the crowd for his wife. As his eyes flicked across the many female faces, he was certain they were all staring at his crotch. His wife doesn't believe him, but Bib knows what he saw. Now, he can't wear sweat pants in public anymore. "It's pretty neat to have to worry about the bulge when you go out," he says.

The penis might be designed to reach for the sky, but anatomically speaking, it is not built to grow. It's not a muscle, but a series of chambers and veins bound by a fibrous sheath -- a marvelous tool, supremely adaptable to changes of heart and climate. It lives in a state of constant flux, responding with ease to the onrushing variables of circulation, comfort and libido.

When a healthy man becomes aroused, two spongy chambers known as corpora cavernosa expand with the flow of blood and press against a smooth-muscle sheath, the tunica albuginea. This is the determinant of penile girth. In P.E. theory, forcing blood into the corpora cavernosa will extend the tunica's capacity over time and ultimately enlarge the penis. So the old-school cornerstone of P.E. is an exercise known as jelqing: gripping the base of the partially erect penis with the thumb and forefinger in a tight OK sign, and pulling upward to the head. Milking yourself, in a sense. In conjunction with various stretching exercises that target the ligaments of the penis and the tunica, jelqing and its many variants form the foundation of a P.E. routine. (A typical beginning P.E. routine, as dictated by Mike Salvini, might include 300 jelqs a day.) According to "Luvdadus," a Southern physician and active P.E.er, such exercises take advantage of the regenerative properties of ligaments, muscles and tendons. "For there to be permanent lengthening," he says, "there has to be some breakage in the covalent bonds of the collagen." This takes a great deal of time; some men report gains in as little as a month, some slave over their penises for a year or more without seeing any significant progress.

The first rudimentary training routines started circulating on the Internet in the mid-'90s, and as more and more men have become part of the conversation and taken up training, more and more exercises are added to the canon. Like theories and comets, they are often named after their discoverers. So a P.E.er looking to add extra girth might work in a set of Uli Squeezes or Horse440 Squeezes, an exercise in which you tourniquet the base of a partially erect penis with one hand, then slide the other hand in an OK grip down from the head. This is done, like any resistance training, in sets of 10 reps. (Due warning: Putting your one and only through the paces can leave you with thrombosed veins and strained ligaments. To avoid the trip to Genital Hospital, P.E. proponents recommend applying heat to your penis for five full minutes before every workout.) The result is perhaps best articulated by "WillB7" of Thunder's Place who tested the exercise soon after "Horse440" unveiled it. "Holy shit!" he wrote. "Tried these horse squeezes last night and my shaft expanded tremendously; it looked like [a] Boa Constrictor after swallowing an elephant." While some message board users are prone to hyperbole, many of them post pictures to back up their claims.

For men to seek such physical extremity is nothing new; a look in any weight room will find a handful of specimens who have transformed themselves into sleek V-shaped gladiators. But even weight lifting was dismissed once as the crazy pursuit of 98-pound weaklings. It needed a champion -- a Jack LaLanne, a Charles Atlas, a Joe Weider -- to codify it, package it, take it mainstream. Mike Salvini wants to be that man for P.E. "I feel like the world should know about it," he says. "It should be a clean, out-of-the-back-alley business." And while spreading the P.E. gospel to a skeptical world is a tremendous challenge for almost anyone, imagine how much harder it is for someone who can't always find the courage to leave the house.

There's a boyishness lurking in Mike Salvini's face, thanks in large part to eyelashes so long and curled that they almost touch his cheeks when he opens his eyes wide. He sits on his couch in a sleeveless T-shirt and basketball shorts, his slender legs crossed at the knee; their delicateness is all the more surprising in contrast to a beefy torso. Tattoos on both shoulders speak to his wild past as a drunken, howling frontman for a hardcore metal band; he shows you videotapes of an old performance, and you notice a frenzy in his eyes. He was a solidly built man then, in his 20s, and now, at 36, the extra weight he carries in his neck and belly is as much due to the medication he takes (the antidepressant Seroquel) as to the sedentary life of an agoraphobic. His dark brown hair is slicked back into a ponytail. As he explained once in a forum discussion, he keeps it that way because he likes it long, but thanks to the obsessive-compulsive disorder he hates knowing that it's there; the ponytail keeps it off his face and out of his head.

And lord knows there's plenty in his head. When he was 16, Double Long Daddy was a middle-school dropout with a drinking problem. (He left school after the eighth grade because he learned the administrators at his Catholic school had withheld his above-average IQ scores, leaving him to feel like a remedial outcast.) Also, he could not stop changing his clothes. He weighed 105 pounds and so hated his body that he tried to conceal it beneath layer upon layer of fabric. For hours at a time, he'd lock himself in the bathroom, adjusting, tweaking, stripping down and starting over. He had lived this way for years, washing his hands, counting things, dressing for a winter hike even when it was 90 degrees outside.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a tricky beast. You do your best to keep it in check, but the demons keep right on coming, and sometimes alcohol and drugs are the only way to muzzle their insistent whisper. So Mike got high, and he finally stopped -- stopped counting, stopped washing, stopped spending hours in the bathroom. For the next 15 years, he bounced between rehab and relapses, empty bottles and car crashes, painkillers and heroin. He finally cleaned himself up, only to revisit the demons. Lying in bed at night, he'd think of the cable TV remote, 8 and three-quarters inches long. Wait ... no it's not. It might be 7. And though he had measured every item in the house, he'd go downstairs to find the remote and set himself at ease.

Medication (the prescribed kind) helped, but it also killed his hard-on. So Mike was intrigued when he found a Web site that offered to strengthen his erection -- intrigued enough to start jelqing, hundreds of times a day. "After about a month," he says, "I started noticing changes." One day at work he went to the bathroom; when he sat down on the toilet, his penis hit the porcelain of the bowl. He went home and got out the ruler -- he'd gained half an inch. And when he looked at the underside of his penis, he saw a stretch mark that was exactly a half-inch long. It's become his own version of a tree trunk's rings, a personal growth chart that keeps his faith.

Today Mike spends 18 hours a day spreading the gospel of P.E. "I'm submerged in penis," he says with a laugh. "It's my full-time job." He's filmed a DVD of his self-designed exercises -- "Matters of Size: The Ultimate Guide to Penis Enlargement" -- that will be distributed in a few weeks by Vivid Entertainment. His Web site Matters of Size has 40,000 registered users and offers paying members videos, diagrams and one-on-one tutelage over private message and e-mail -- along with softcore pinup shots of his girlfriend Jen, a teacher and former dancer he met in rehab four years ago. (Jen and Mike also stage neo-Vargas photo shoots in their living room. When I visited their home in Western Massachusetts last summer, it was just after noon on a Sunday; Jen was wearing Mary Janes, white knee-high fishnet stockings, a schoolgirl blouse and braided pigtails.)

Mike currently practices P.E. for six hours every day and he's on what he calls his Phase Five Routine, which boasts seven monstrous-sounding exercises like "Slow Squash Jelqs" and "Isolated Compression Squeezes." As big as he's gotten, he refuses to stand up with an erection. When I ask him why, he just laughs: "Oh, I'm quirky. You don't want to go into that part of my mind."

Despite his lack of formal education, a rogue intellect has driven Mike to undertake a number of informal studies on such P.E.-related subjects as penile misrepresentation in pornography and body dysmorphic disorder, an anorexia-like condition that plagues a person with a skewed sense of his or her own appearance. Mike, not surprisingly, suffers from BDD. Occasionally he will reach for a ruler to measure his gains, and end up double- and triple-checking for an hour because he thinks he calibrated incorrectly. At one point, he was measuring himself so often that the chafing edge of the ruler severed his frenulum, the piece of skin that connects the head to the shaft.

Mike dubbed himself Double Long Daddy for a purely literal reason: His flaccid penis is twice what it used to be. After seeing a picture of it online, the porn legend Ron Jeremy e-mailed him to see if he was interested in doing adult films. (He was not.) When I see Mike on his couch, legs crossed in such a confining way, I find it hard to believe he can sit down without causing himself immeasurable discomfort. He keeps his penis tucked between his legs and under a buttock. When he stands and bends to pick something up, I can glimpse it poking at the nylon of his shorts.

"Whenever we're out, women always stare at it," says Jen, with something approaching pride in her voice. Clearly, she is pleased with Mike's penis. She uses the word "cock" a lot. And "dick." And "veins." Mike uses those words, too, but he also rattles off clinical terms: suspensory ligament, frenulum, meatus. This is the lingua franca of the movement.

Indeed, to browse through the various P.E. forums is to enter a rudimentary anatomy course. It's also to listen in on a motivational seminar. Men open up to each other about the shame they've felt at the urinal, of deflating sexual encounters, of the fear that consumes them every time they expose themselves to ridicule. They confess to a desire to reshape their lives. "I would have imagined that a lot of the men on these forums would be smallish guys who maybe have an axe to grind with women," says "Luvdadus," "but that's not the case. There's a lot of support." The support doesn't extend into the real world, however; like so many communities that flourish online, P.E. thrives in part because of its anonymity.

These are men who think a great deal about their penises; like Mike, they are submerged. But what concerns Dr. Sharlip is why men feel the need to raise the bar in the first place. Of those who come to him for advice, he says, "the very great majority -- 99 percent -- have normal penile size. It's a psychological problem more than a physical one."

Mike denies that his obsessions with enlarging his penis stem from some primordial trauma. "It wasn't a huge emotional drama I was trying to settle," Mike says. "What guy's not going to want to go out and make his dick bigger?"

Bigger in his case means 13.6 inches BPEL (bone-pressed erect length) -- measured along the top from the pubic bone to the fully loaded tip. Properly documented, this would be the largest erect penis in the world. To record the moment, Mike would need a new ruler. "Now that's an anxiety attack," he says. "A 15-inch ruler. I don't want that in my bathroom." It would, rather than validate his size, taunt him with the other inch and a half.

As man after man boasts online of a double-digit P.E. goal, the question presents itself: How much is too much? Veterans are quick to point out that you have to know when to stop. After all, you can't take off a half-inch if the woman you're with can't ... accommodate you. Bib's gains, for example, took some acclimation. "At first I did not know how to use the thing," he says with a dry laugh. "It can be absolutely great, but you do have to point it in the right direction."

Chances are Double Long Daddy will never run out of pupils. He continues to mentor dozens of men who write to him seeking help, as well as the paying members of Matters of Size. (The site does not yet make money, but Mike expects that sales from the DVD will change that. For now, he lives off savings and Jen's salary.) For free, he will design a routine for the one-armed guy with a 4-inch penis, and one for the 68-year-old man with Peyronie's Disease, a condition that causes a severely bent phallus. A man once e-mailed him from Japan wanting to come live under his roof for a week of personal coaching; Mike said no, but continues to mentor the man in one-on-one video messaging. He might not need that 15-inch ruler yet, but he has no doubt that someday he will. For now, he's happy simply to spread the word about the wonders of P.E. "I became less and less embarrassed and more and more proud as time went on," he says. "I'm still uncomfortable about showing you my penis, but talking about it is easier."

His remarks underscore one of the real reasons I came to visit: verification. After all, pictures can always be doctored; proving your story is increasingly difficult in an age of Photoshop-spawned trompe l'oeil suspicion. Mike was OK with the arrangement, if a little nervous. When he opened the door to greet me, he had said, "Sorry if I'm a little woozy. I took a Viagra before you came so you can get a good measurement."

Three hours later, there's nothing left to talk about. "Moment of truth," he says now with a grin. "Let me just get ready." He walks into the bathroom with Jen. Waiting in the adjacent kitchen, I try not to listen to their soft rustlings. "How do they do this in porno movies?" Mike calls out.

A moment passes. He calls me in. He's not satisfied with the partial erection he's managed to raise. He grabs a handful of Vaseline, Jen faces the wall and drops her thong, and I exit with haste. Another moment passes. And another.

"OK -- hurry!"

He is sitting on the toilet, shirt off, shorts around his ankles, red-faced. His right hand holds a ruler and his left ... well, his left hand seems to be choking some otherworldly tentacle. The thing's the size of a paper towel roll, but looks perfectly healthy.

"Check the ruler," he says in a faintly strangled tone. Leaning forward gingerly, I confirm that his bone-pressed penis is indeed 10 and a half inches.

As the blood drains back to the rest of his body, Mike twists his penis over and points to the stretch mark. And, sure enough, it is there, and it is nearly 5 inches long, pink and angry, a symbol of everything a man can aspire to.

Background

These are very common and are signs that your stretching good.
Also its Very easy to trigger these off.
Just stretch the ligs and apply a reverse kegel [flexes the PC reverse and exposes the ligs fully] this will get you that burn feeling.
The sensation comes from the base/ligament area of the penis and lasts for as long as you allow the stretch to be held while its engaged, meaning if you release the stretch the burn will go away soon.
You will get these sumtime by doing DLD 'A' stretches.
The feeling can be very intense indeed and make you yell abit for a second, sounds worse than it is but it can be very intense.

Why does it burn?

The reason the ligs are 'Burning' is because you are stretching them to their maximum.
A Chemical hormone named prostaglandin E1 is a contributer to this.
This very hormone helps open the cells inside the penis more efficiant for a better harder erection.
It also relaxes the ligaments and enables them to be stretched even further than normal before a Burn is fealt.
So the reason you feel the burn is because the penis ligaments are being pulled at their max and the prostaglandin E1 hormone can't help relax them anymore, so the burn sets in.
Hope this makes sense.
I will break it down more - If the ligs are maximum expanded to the furthest point they can safely go, than the burn sets in as the prostaglandin E1 can not keep it held back anymore and as a result the chemical reaction kicks in and creates the burning feeling.
A theory I have is Some men like with the pops may be more prone to this type of phenomonom.
If you have more prostaglandin E1 than it'll be harder to get these and if one has lower levels than itll be easyer.
Maybe these lower levels have something in common with how strong the ligaments actually are? come to think of it that makes sense as low levels of prostaglandin E1 would give a burn easier at any stretch lig-wise, so not as much force needed so the ligs cant be as strong? < Just a theory so dont take it as gospel fact.

Are they good or bad?

It is a very good sign when you get burns.
It shows your ligaments are getting the best stretch possible.
You will also know after say just 30 minutes of doing intense streches that after the burners you will know you've had a good workout, as you will feel it afterwards.
However if you continue to pull to hard while the burning sensation sets in than you risk the chance of snapping/tearing a ligament, which is serious and painful indeed and would require surgery and grafting to get it normal again.
When you feel that burn, hold the stretch for the desired time and dont go any more otherwise like I said, you risk over-stretch and a bad injury
Hopefully you will know your limits and can push abit further, but be careful.
You will also be quite sore in the base area where the ligaments are after having alot of burners.
This is normal, good and nothing to worry about.
The sensation normally lasts awhile and can last afew days.
So long as theres no serious pain, than your alright.

Summary

They are caused from a intense stretch, which has caused the ligs to expand to their maximum stretch and the prostaglandin E1 hormone can no longer relax the lig, so to remove this feeling during a stretch.
If you dont get them, it means that you aint got your ligs to their maximum stretch.
Will you still gain?
If you stick to a nice good workout than their's no reason why you shouldn't gain well from penis enlargement without these feelings, but I belive they are very important for big gainers.
DLD himself gets this feeling alot when he works out hard, and he now has a monster long erect penis.
Also the burners feel similer to those that we get when we goto the gym and do bicep work, near the end that burn feeling running through the arm like that, but more sharp.
I always used to get these deliberetly on the border-line of pain.
One would be nearly in agony when doing these.
I know my line if you do than try it also, if not dont go their as if you feel the slightest bit of tearing pain than stop as if you continue than the lig will be damaged, can get torn or the tendons damaged.
But its hard to really damage the ligs/tendons from this, they are very strong.
Also dont feel you must get burning sensations in your base region where the ligament are eachtime you stretch, hang etc etc in order to gain.
Guys gain without getting many burning sensations in the ligaments, so dont be worried about that.

The PA was originally created for men who could not get into the A-stretch when doing DLD Blasters. It originally was a simple ring with one handle. Since then it has seen many changes. Now, as you can see, it has the original ring but now sports dual handles with excellent gripping handles allowing for a vast amount of stretches.

The Power Assist, Free Video Site, features 10 unique, powerful exercises using the PA. There are many other stretches that are not on the site but you can find them in previous threads. All video is accessible from the site for free so learning the stretches is a snap.

Penis Enlargement Intensity


How much intensity should you be using in basic jelqing and stretching? �This is a good question and one many men wonder about. �It is difficult to "show" intensity in video because you can not feel it so I will try to help you understand. �First and foremost, everyone can make penis enlargement gains. �If you are not making gains you are doing something wrong. �What could it be? �Either intensity or form. �


Stretching the penis requires intensity and lots of it. �Now, the movement should be slow and never jerky. �Lets say you are doing a basic downward stretch. �Grip your flaccid penis just below the glans (head) and stretch downward. �Slowly stretch harder and harder until you have a maximum amount of intensity. �Work up to this level but be sure you get there. �For many men who are not gaining this could be the main reason. �The penis is very tough and when flaccid it is extremely difficult to injure the penis. �I, myself, and other men I know have hung as much as 70 pounds from the penis with no injury. �I am not telling you to do this, I am only saying that intensity needs to be strong. �If you feel as though your strength is not enough then I suggest you purchase a Power Assist. �This device will increase the intensity far beyond anything you can do with your hands.

In the penis enlargement Jelq you will need to use good intensity too if you want to see penis enlargement girth results. �If you have access to Matters of Size Video Vault you can watch me perform the jelq and get a really good idea of how intense the jelq should be but I will describe it here too. �Weather you are using a fast stroke of 1-2 seconds or an extended stroke of 5-10 seconds the most important thing is keeping the blood in the penis. �Your strokes should hold as much blood as possible and with each jelq more and more blood should be introduced. �Never allow the blood to leave the penis because your next stroke was not quick enough. �Be sure that after one stroke is complete you start the next.

Penis Pump Madness


Well it looks as though I will be creating my penis enlargement pump myself. I have looked into many of the penis enlargement pumps online and I feel as though I can make something better. Right now I am looking into getting the best parts I can get to accomplish my new penis enlargement girth workout. I did not feel like ordering off the shelf and with my knowledge of penis enlargement I felt like I could do much better, especially for what some of these penis enlargement pump sites are charging. The system I was looking at was around $400 US and I was like "DAMN!" When I started to research it I found I could make a pump that was much more powerful myself.

My plans with the penis enlargement pump is to use it as a pre and post exercise to my manual girth work. I was thinking about something like this:

30 Minutes Pumping at a minimum pressure
DLD Slow Squash Jelqs (30 Minutes)
30 Minutes more of Pumping
Warm Down using a heating pad

For starters this looks like a great place to start but I am sure once I am into it I will modify what I am doing. Penis enlargement is like that especially when just starting something new. I am looking to hold a maximum girth size while applying manual techniques. Currently my girth is about 6.5". At one time I was able to hold a post girth size of 7" but I never cemented this size so I am hoping that the new workout will get me there and keep me there. Considering I started with 4.75" of girth this will be a miraculous gain.

I will keep you all updated to my new venture in girth. I should have my pump made in the next week so I will post how I made it, what I am doing and the gains I make.

I found penis enlargement! Where do I start? What do I do?


When men first find penis enlargement it can seem overwhelming, confusing and many may not even know where to start. In general penis enlargement is pretty basic, especially when you first start. The first thing one should do when beginning penis enlargement is become prepared. In penis enlargement you will need a few basic items to get started but there are also some other items you will want to have as you progress. Here is a list of things one should have in their penis enlargement arsenal.

The next thing you will want to do is create a penis enlargement journal. The journal should contain your beginning measurements. You will want to be thorough when doing this. You will take your initial measurements so you can compare as you get larger and larger. The measurements should be done as follows:

Bone Pressed Erect Length
Penis length is defined as the linear distance along the dorsal side of the erect penis extending from the mons veneris to the tip of the glans. In non-medical terms, the penis length is measured in a straight line on the top side of the erect penis, from the start of your pubic bone to the tip of your penis. Penis circumference is defined as the linear distance around the widest, thickest, part of the erect penis (see below).

1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis. (In the example shown, the measurement would be 4 and 3/4 (4.75) inches.)


Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone on the side of the penis
3. Stretch penis straight out
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis

Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length
1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.


Flaccid Length
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your flaccid penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.


Penis Erect Circumference
Penis length is not the only factor in determining penis size. The width, girth, or fatness, of a penis is also an important aspect when considering how you compare. Most people have a penis that is either longer and thinner, or shorter and fatter. To compare how the girth of your penis compares to the population, use the instructions below to determine your penile circumference (distance around the widest part of your penis).

1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place the fabric ruler or string end at the widest part of your penis and wrap it carefully around one time. Mark the spot where the string first touches itself.
3. If using string, take the marked string and lay it against the ruler. Read to the nearest quarter-inch measurement.

Penis Flaccid Circumference
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place the fabric ruler or string end at the widest part of your penis and wrap it carefully around one time. Mark the spot where the string first touches itself.
3. If using string, take the marked string and lay it against the ruler. Read to the nearest quarter-inch measurement.


Once you have these measurement you will want to start with Phase 1. I suggest you read over the entire phase, watch all the videos and read all of the instructions. I will outline the workout here but I hope you will study it beyond this so you completely understand. Penis enlargement is all about understanding, belief, form and intensity. 100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

EXERCISES EXPLAINED

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

PC Muscle Fitness/Kegels
This is an important part of your workout.
This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

� Stronger Erections
� Longer Erections due to blood hold capacity
� Larger head size
� Further ejaculatory Distance
� Sexual enjoyment is enhanced for both partners
� It can prevent prolapsed of pelvic organs
� It can help prevent leaking urine when you sneeze or cough

Testicle Health
Testicle Health Stretch will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

If you are not gaining with natural penis enlargement you are not doing something right


Through the years in penis enlargement I have ran into many men who are not making gains. Some have trained for months with no results and this always concerns me. There is no real trick to penis enlargement, it is simple exercises that will enlarge your penis. Matters of Size has more exercises and routines than every other penis enlargement website online combined. These exercises have proven effective for thousands of men. The few men who are not gaining are doing something wrong. Lets explore what some of the problems may be.

Intensity
Intensity is vital to breaking down the tissue and encouraging new cellular growth. If the exercises are not down with enough intensity the tissue will not break down and penis enlargement will be futile. How do you know you are putting enough intensity into your penis enlargement? Put it this way, I invented a stretch called Foot Long Stretches that put so much intensity, not possible with your hands, into the stretch and I have never had an injury. As a matter of fact there is rarely an injury reported in my penis enlargement community. Any injuries I have seen in natural penis enlargement are minor and repair themselves in days. Most injuries are broken blood vessels, fluid retention and bruising. All of these issues are due to the incredible pressure and intensity that penis enlargement gives. As I said, these problems are minor and usually stop happening, to those who get them, in weeks after starting penis enlargement. So the idea is to work up to maximum intensity over a few weeks in penis enlargement.

Clear Measurements
Many guys, after a month or so in penis enlargement, will take measurements to chart their growth. Length should be measured flaccid, bone pressed, stretched. This is where penis enlargement gains come first. Many men will only measure erect and in some cases erect gains only come after FBPS gains are made. I have ran into men who have stated that they have made no gains only to measure FBPS and see that they did make gains, they just did not cement them as erect gains yet. Overtime all flaccid stretched gains will become erect gains...use this as a road map.

Negative Thoughts
When someone has not gained in penis enlargement and continues to live in that negative thought process they may find themselves never gaining. The mind is a very powerful tool and positive thoughts are paramount to making gains. Sitting around worrying why you have NOT gained will only bring more of the same. Try to stay in a positive mind frame. Mantras are great for this. What I did for a long time was pretend I already made the gains I wanted. I would picture my new, massive penis. I would thank God for it. This type of thought process is called manifestation. A sort of deliberate creation. What we think about and thank about we bring about.

Comprehension
Probably the biggest problem in penis enlargement is understanding how to do the exercises. In the modern penis enlargement there are easier ways to understand how to do penis enlargement than just reading someone's description of it. Translating someone's words into a visual model is very difficult. Turkey Neck: Penoscrotal Webbing>>>Eliminate it!



There has been a lot of interest in the dreaded Turkey Neck. The technical name for this condition is penoscrotal webbing. Unfortunately, with poor PE form, penoscrotal webbing becomes a problem. If you don't know what it is I have attached a picture showing it at the bottom of this post.

The reason PE can make this condition worse is due to the massive skin stretch that happens through PE. To many men it may seem like a nightmare but there are, surgery-free, methods of correcting and avoiding this problem.

When most men stretch their penis the skin, running along the bottom of the shaft, connecting to the scrotum, stretches with it. Since skin is so easily stretched it begins to bag towards the bottom of the shaft over time and the webbing becomes more pronounced. Visually, it makes the penis appear shorter than it really is. In some cases the webbing can go up past the half mark making a penis that is 5" appear to be half of that.

How can you avoid or correct this? The first and most important thing is using a dual grip in stretching. If anyone has ever watched my videos they will see that I grip my penis below the glans with one hand but the other is affixed, firmly at the base and for good reason, I am holding the skin at the scrotum back. This allows me to stretch my penis without stretching the skin at the scrotum. I will ask Jaz to give me a clip of one of my videos so you can see this first hand. Another thing that contributes to this issue is pulling too much foreskin up while stretching. I understand that this makes for a more comfortable stretch but be sure that you are not pulling too much up. In cases where a user is looking to restore his foreskin by pulling the foreskin up it is important that he uses the dual grip to be sure the skin stretch is not coming from the scrotum.

Wrapping the scrotum is another method I found to be incredible. This is easily accomplished with a standard ace bandage. Get your scrotum nice and relaxed using the Testicle Health Stretch and Massage (which is also a incredibly fast way to eliminate webbing), once relaxed wrap the ace bandage around the scrotum being sure to strap back as much skin is you can being sure to leave a small amount for stretching. Once wrapped you can continue with standard stretching without fear of additional skin stretch.

The exercise also allows your scrotum to hang lower which allows the penis to hang much longer in flaccid state. This exercise can be done twice a day as a way to stop and reverse webbing.

Penis Enlargement: Focus and Intensity, How to gain fastest

In the beginning of my penis enlargement career I trained for length and girth in a long morning session. Over time this became hard to do and I noticed how I would rush through my penis enlargement routine just to get it done. I found penis enlargement becoming more of a task than a gift.
