Flaccid Penis Size....Penis enlargement for a longer, thicker hanging penis

Many guys become insecure about flaccid, or soft, penis size. This condition is known as Locker Room Anxiety. If you are like many guys, flaccid size is important to your confidence in the dressing room or the bed room. Although most natural penis enlargement will increase not only your erect size but your flaccid size there are some exercises that are geared towards soft penis size.


Many guys are happy with their erect size but they are left confused by their soft size. In many cases the flaccid penis will shrink in size when flaccid and this is called "turtling". This condition is not as difficult to correct as many think. Allowing the penis to hang lower is more of a training thing than it is an enlargement thing. What I mean is the penis becomes used to turtling and this can become corrected by teaching it to stay in an extended state and this can be done several ways.

I spend the majority of my day in front of my computer in a private office so this stretch is ideal for me...it is also good for those who have a driving job or a semi-private work and/or home environment. I wear warmup pant exclusively to work...The kind that button up the sides to give me easy access to my stuff. In a standing position I grab my penis from the back by the glans and stretch it as far as I can to the extreme right...once I am sure of the stretch being very stong I sit on my penis with the right butt cheek...once in seated position with a simple adjustment in seating angle the stretch can be intensified to varying tighness. I sit with my penis to the right for about 15 minutes...undo the stretch and return good circulation then set it up to the left.


Another exercise that is great with flaccid size is called "Aced Strapped" This exercise is great with training the penis to stay in an extended state. I used this exercise to get my flaccid size very close to my erect size. Here are the original instructions:

Presents a survey from the November/December 1993 issue of 'Psychology Today' in which readers were asked to help identify how contemporary men and women perceive and value male appearance. Number of respondents; Percentage of women; Average age of male and female respondents; Respondents' educational background and sexual preference; Respondents' value of height and male muscle mass; How women feel about penis length and width.

SURVEY
In the November/December 1993 issue, we asked readers to help identify how contemporary men and women perceive and value male appearance. Over 1,500 responded with completed questionnaires and comments. Sixty-four percent were women. The average age for men was 37; for women, 34. The overwhelming majority were white. Occupations varied from businessmen and women to nurses, students, salespeople, secretaries, and homemakers. Most respondents were college educated and 87 percent were exclusively heterosexual. Nearly half had never been married.

Although far from a random sample, our respondents' answers suggested some intriguing trends. Men assumed that male appearance had a greater impact on heterosexual relations than women acknowledged. Yet although most women played down male appearance, there was an identifiable sub-group of women who placed high value on male physical features and sexual attributes. These women were on average slightly older, more financially independent, and rated themselves more physically attractive. But even when women indicated definite preferences for particular physical characteristics, they often seemed to adapt these preferences to the realities of their partner.

One of our main concerns was the extent to which women considered male appearance in choosing partners. Women were asked to rank eight factors in selecting a man for a romantic relationship: four personality variables and four physical variables. We asked men to estimate how women would rank these same factors.

Personality won hands down. Both men and women rated intelligence and sense of humor as most important, sexual performance and physical strength as least important. This suggests that despite escalating cultural emphasis on male looks, both sexes still believe that women choose men more by character than appearance.

Men nonetheless overestimated the importance women place on certain male physical characteristics. They thought an attractive face was more important to women than empathy and the ability to talk about feelings. They also assumed that body build had greater significance than women indicated.

One surprising finding was the importance of cleanliness. We didn't think to formally inquire about such basics as soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. But the most frequent written comments -- all from women -- related to male hygiene. A 44-year-old stated, "While I am not as concerned with the physical appearance of a male partner, cleanliness ranks as number one on my list." Another wrote, "What is the biggest turnoff? Poor grooming. A man who needs a shower, has dirty hands, wears soiled clothes, or needs to brush his teeth is a complete turnoff." Dental hygiene was a particular concern.

Both sexes assumed that a trimmer, taller male would be judged more attractive. Women definitely favored taller males, the majority endorsing the statement that being with a tall man made them feel more feminine. Most women indicated they wouldn't date a shorter man. Almost a third insisted the man be taller than the woman and another third would date a man of their own height but no shorter.

Two groups particularly valued height, taller women and women rating themselves more attractive. But height preference often gave way to practicality: taller women were much more likely to accept a date from a shorter male. As one 5'10" women confessed, "My husband is six inches shorter than I. Initially, I refused to even consider him for this reason. In reality, I was able to train myself to accept something else."

Weight worked much the same way. Overweight men were clearly less desirable to women. Thirty percent of female respondents found men more than 10 pounds overweight unacceptable as dates; 70 percent found more than 20 pounds overweight unacceptable; and at 40 pounds or more overweight, men were unacceptable to 90 percent of respondents.

Male participants were moderately concerned about their weight. About 63 percent would like to lose some weight; approximately half of them would be pleased with a 6-to-15 pound loss. Weight gain was an issue for another 19 percent, who wanted additional muscle mass.

Women, however, tended to be less critical of their partner's weight. Only 44 percent wanted their partner to lose weight, and half of these women would be happy with a modest 6-to-15 pound reduction. Thinner women tended to express more desire for their partners to trim down.

When respondents judged their own attractiveness, there was a major difference in how men and women viewed extra weight. Twenty-five percent of the men who rated themselves "very attractive" were overweight. But even modestly overweight women excluded themselves from this category: only 6 percent of very attractive women said they were too heavy.

Men and women also parted company in the domain of male muscle mass. Men value muscle mass, while women are less interested in oversized biceps and pecs. In ranking male body types, women gave first place to "medium with moderate muscle mass," while "medium with competition muscle mass" came in a lowly fourth. When men estimated women's preferences, however, competition body build narrowly missed second place.

We asked women directly, "how important it is for you that [a man] have noticeable muscles," and we asked men how important muscles were to them. The differences were striking: twice as many women as men said that male muscles did not matter at all.

Male fascination with muscles may have more to do with other men than with women. Men were aware that massive muscles were no major attraction to women. Only 27 percent agreed with the statement, "Men pictured in body-building magazines are attractive to most women." In fact, just 20 percent of women acknowledged finding body builders attractive.

Hair loss was a real concern for male respondents. Men with full heads of hair were a narrow majority (53 percent). Ironically, they were the most worried about hair loss: 38 percent indicated they would be "very upset" if they discovered they were rapidly losing hair. But anticipation may be worse than reality, since only 23 percent of men with thinning hair answered "very upset" on the same item. Older men also expressed less concern.

Apparently balding is easier to watch than experience, as women were relatively unconcerned about male hair loss. Of those whose partner had a full head of hair, only 13 percent would be "very upset" and 24 percent "somewhat upset" at the prospect of his hair thinning. A mere 18 percent of women whose partners had already lost some hair acknowledged being very or somewhat upset. Again, women may be adjusting their preferences to the realities of their mate.

Fifty-two percent of men thought women would endorse the statement, "I generally find bald men unattractive." Only 40 percent of women agreed, and they tended to be younger and more attractive. On the other hand, some women found bald men cute -- especially if their partner lacked an intact scalp. A 24-year-old stated, "In the past I never thought bald men were attractive. Only recently my opinion changed. My recent boyfriend keeps his head shaved and he is just adorable."

Most men agreed that the best way to cope with encroaching baldness was to "do nothing." Hair transplants came in a distant second, with head shaving the third-favorite choice. Buying a hairpiece was dead last. Only eight male participants admitted to wearing a toupee.

Graying hair was another matter. Over a third of the men approved of using hair color to treat premature gray, and more were positive about coloring for older men. Women's attitudes were similar to men's for coloring premature gray but were more negative about coloring for the aging male. As one woman wrote, "Gray hair on men is very sexy."

Our results reflected the current cultural preference for clean-shaven faces. Sixty percent of male respondents were cleanshaven, 21 percent had a mustache only, 19 percent had a beard and mustache. Less than 1 percent had a beard without a mustache.

Men guessed correctly that women would prefer clean-shaven men. Yet while only 14 percent of women overall named "beard with mustache" as their first choice, 55 percent of women whose partner had a beard ranked it first. Once again, women may have brought their judgment in line with their partner.

Most of the comments about facial hair were about beards, and the positive ones were about neatly trimmed beards. Women tended to associate poorly groomed or neglected beards with generalized slovenliness. The goatee was singled out for derision.

Locker room lore suggests that male chest hair is sexy. But moderate hair on arms, legs, and chest was the choice favored by a plurality of women. There were no written comments on body hair, suggesting few strong feelings.

Next to hygiene, male genitals elicited the most comments. Both sexes thought men placed too much emphasis on organ size. Over 71 percent of women agreed or strongly agreed with the statement, "Men seem too concerned with the size and shape of their genitals." Only 9 percent disagreed. Many comments made it clear that sexual skill and sensitivity overshadow the importance of size. As one woman wrote, "It's not what a man has that matters so much as how he uses it."

Seventy-eight percent of male respondents reported being circumcised. Preferences reflected these percentages; 42 percent of women reported a strong preference for circumcised men, while only 7 percent preferred uncircumcised men. However, better than half the women with uncircumcised partners expressed some degree of preference for an uncircumcised penis.

In general, women cared more about penis width, while men thought length would matter more. Men underestimated by half the percentage of women who did not care about length. Men also assumed that women's size preference was a matter of appearance. In fact, the number one reason women preferred a thicker penis was that it was "more satisfying during intercourse." A wider penis can deliver extra stimulation to the clitoris, while a longer penis reaches a part of the vagina that is poorly innervated.

A few women stated that "ideal" size depended on the sexual activity involved. Several pointed out that fellatio and anal sex were more pleasurable with a smaller penis.

Women who rated themselves as more attractive were particularly concerned with larger size. Of women describing themselves as "much more attractive than average," 64 percent cared strongly or moderately about penis width, and 54 percent cared about penis length. Women who rated their own looks as average were about 20 percentage points lower.

Women who disliked a large penis offered two arguments: too large a penis can be painful, and well-endowed men can be unimaginative lovers. A British woman wrote, "Men with big penises are all too prone to think they've got all it takes, and therefore don't show much variety/ingenuity/empathy. Ordinary or even small-sized men have provided me with more orgasms."

But many women who extolled exceptional dimensions maintained that women saying otherwise were deluding themselves. One exuberant 44-year-old stated, "If women say the size of a man's penis doesn't matter they haven't been with a man with a big one!! Fabulous!" A 32-year-old commented, "Penis size matters much less in terms of appearance than in tactile terms. When women say size doesn't matter, they're usually lying."

If you are new to penis enlargement you may be confused with the overload of information and opinions. I would like to help you on your journey and set you in the right direction.

PREPARING FOR PENIS ENLARGEMENT
First Things First

Your first mission is to learn how to measure properly and take some starting measurements. You will want to create a journal to record these measurements. Be very clear and concise on this step as later in your penis enlargement work you will want to know, for sure, that the measurements are consistent. There is nothing worse than not knowing if you gained. Here are the measurements you will want to take:

Bone Pressed Erect Length
Penis length is defined as the linear distance along the dorsal side of the erect penis extending from the mons veneris to the tip of the glans. In non-medical terms, the penis length is measured in a straight line on the top side of the erect penis, from the start of your pubic bone to the tip of your penis. Penis circumference is defined as the linear distance around the widest, thickest, part of the erect penis.
Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
Place your ruler at the pubic bone, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans.
Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis. (In the example shown, the measurement would be 4 and 3/4 (4.75) inches.)

Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
Place your ruler at the pubic bone on the side of the penis
Stretch penis straight out
Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis

Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length
Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Flaccid Length
Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your flaccid penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Penis Erect Circumference
Penis length is not the only factor in determining penis size. The width, girth, or fatness, of a penis is also an important aspect when considering how you compare. Most people have a penis that is either longer and thinner, or shorter and fatter. To compare how the girth of your penis compares to the population, use the instructions below to determine your penile circumference (distance around the widest part of your penis).

Place the fabric ruler or string end at the widest part of your penis and wrap it carefully around one time. Mark the spot where the string first touches itself.
If using string, take the marked string and lay it against the ruler. Read to the nearest quarter-inch measurement.

Now that you have read and recorded your starting size it would be wise to take some pictures measured. These will be so valuable in your later penis enlargement as you can see and prove to yourself the gains you have made. If you are confident with this you can even post these pictures for all to see. WHen people see pictures showing progress it not only helps your motivation and confidence but it also empowers other men to do the same. Add these photos to your journal.

Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

PC Muscle Fitness/Kegels
This is an important part of your workout.
This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

� Stronger Erections
� Longer Erections due to blood hold capacity
� Larger head size
� Further ejaculatory Distance
� Sexual enjoyment is enhanced for both partners
� It can prevent prolapsed of pelvic organs
� It can help prevent leaking urine when you sneeze or cough

Testicle Health
Testicle Health Stretch will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

What to Expect:
The biggest question men have in penis enlargement is how long in takes to make gains so I will explain this process. In your first week or so you will immediately find that your erections are fuller and harder. This, in itself will give you your first penis enlargement gains because your erections will be at their best allowing the penis to fill with the maximum amount of blood. Soon after this you will notice a gain in length via the bone-pressed, flaccid, stretched measurement. This is where your original measurements will be vital. Be sure to record any change. Soon after seeing these changes you will see erect length gains. For most men a quick .5 to 1" is gained within the first 6 months. I personally gained 2 inches in length in my first 6 months which means you too can do the same. Girth will appear about the same time. You should see a gain of .25" to .5" within your first few months. Although these do not seem like massive gains they really are when the penis is viewed in a relative way. What you may feel:
In the beginning of your journey you will need to understand that some things will feel different down there. First, the penis can take on an alien feeling, remember, your penis is changing and it will feel different to the touch...this is a good thing. You may also experience some slight aching, a sort of dull soreness. This is very normal as the ligaments that connect your penis to your body have never been stretched with the intensity you will be using. The soreness should never be sharp and painful, the feeling should be dull. If sharp pain or numbness are happening you may be doing something wrong. This can all be avoided by practicing and learning the exercises. Your stretches should be at maximum capacity but getting to this level should be accomplished over a couple of weeks. Never make your stretches fast and jerky, always slow and progressive.

You may also experience some swelling after girth exercise. Again, this is normal and desired. This temporary swelling will eventually become new girth. With that in mind, the goal during girth work should be an expansion larger than your maximum girth size. After your workout, with a full erection, measure your girth and make sure your readings are larger than your max.

Keeping Things in Perspective:
This is so important and every user should read and understand this. Penis enlargement is not a quick process. Gains do come with hard work and a good state of mind. Begin at the beginning and work your way forward. Starting with an advanced workout may cause injury and you may also miss out on gains that many make using the method of progressive training. The reason the MOS program is set up into 5 parts is so you can start with a good foundation and build on that as you gain. An overzealous attitude will only set you up for disappointment.

Set a final goal and work towards that goal with small, incremental goals. If you start at 5" and have a goal of 8" you will want to set up small goals to reach the final goal. This will keep things realistic and accomplishable. If you set your goals to high too fast you will face disappointment. Small consistent steps will bring you to your dream size.

TIME ISSUES and SCHEDULING
Everyone has a different schedule and finding time for penis enlargement may need some creativity. Figure on an hour a day and if this is too much I suggest you get up earlier or go to bed later. You will need to set up a definite, consistent schedule that you are religious to. Doing a workout here and there will not be enough. Treat penis enlargement like you do your teeth, do it every day at the same time. I like to break my penis enlargement into 2 sessions. One in the AM: LENGTH and one in the PM: GIRTH. This allows me to break it into two 30 minute sessions, which is much more manageable than all at once. Doing this also allows me to focus on 2 very different aspects of penis enlargement, girth and length. Length for me is very mathematical and mundane, and it does not require a ton of thought so I do it in the AM where all I need to do is stretch as hard as I can for a certain time period. Girth, on the other hand, requires a more sexual mood and much more focused thought so I do this late in the day when I am more focused.

To Tell or Not To Tell:
My opinion on this has changed over the years and I will tell you why. I think that penis enlargement should remain personal to you. The phrase "Penis Envy" is very real and your mate, like many, may become envious of you time creating your new size. Penis Pump Madness


Well it looks as though I will be creating my penis enlargement pump myself. I have looked into many of the penis enlargement pumps online and I feel as though I can make something better. Right now I am looking into getting the best parts I can get to accomplish my new penis enlargement girth workout. I did not feel like ordering off the shelf and with my knowledge of penis enlargement I felt like I could do much better, especially for what some of these penis enlargement pump sites are charging. The system I was looking at was around $400 US and I was like "DAMN!" When I started to research it I found I could make a pump that was much more powerful myself.

My plans with the penis enlargement pump is to use it as a pre and post exercise to my manual girth work. I was thinking about something like this:

30 Minutes Pumping at a minimum pressure
DLD Slow Squash Jelqs (30 Minutes)
30 Minutes more of Pumping
Warm Down using a heating pad

For starters this looks like a great place to start but I am sure once I am into it I will modify what I am doing. Penis enlargement is like that especially when just starting something new. I am looking to hold a maximum girth size while applying manual techniques. Currently my girth is about 6.5". At one time I was able to hold a post girth size of 7" but I never cemented this size so I am hoping that the new workout will get me there and keep me there. Considering I started with 4.75" of girth this will be a miraculous gain.

I will keep you all updated to my new venture in girth. I should have my pump made in the next week so I will post how I made it, what I am doing and the gains I make.
