Putting the extender together was a snap. I needed to add extra bars to fit into my extender which was very easy. After I got my custom setting I headed for the bathroom.

Attaching the extender was very easy and adjusting tension was SO PRECISE! I could add as little as 1/4" bars and make adjustments to as little as 1/32nd of an inch. Simply genius. It took about 1 minute to attach and another minute to get my setting right. I could feel the stretch right away.

After it was attached I could pull my shorts up and there was no sign that I was wearing it. I was worried you would be able to see it through my pants but there was no sign at all. The penis enlargement world record of 16 centimeters was obtained by combining surgery and physiotherapy

In 1997 it was reported in the European press that plastic surgeon Dr. J�rn Ege Siana, director of the Scandinavian Clinic of Plastic Surgery, located in Copenhagen, Denmark, a penis enlargement expert who performed more than 1,000 penile enhancement operations and creator of the "Jes Extender�", had enlarged a penis that was initially 4.5 cm long and after surgery, which consisted of severing the suspensory and fundiform ligaments of the penis, followed by physiotherapy with the device.

This work introduces a case of length increase from 11 cm to 27 cm. Patient JCV, 32, Caucasian, was seen on 10/11/94 alleging dissatisfaction with his penis size, the dimension of which were 11cm long and 10.5cm of perimeter during erection.

He had prostectomy on 02/20/95. After healing, he used traction by gravitational force with PLD device until 04/30/95 when he was submitted to a severance of suspensory and fundiform ligaments of the penis and liposculpture. After healing he resumed use of PLD. On 04/27/97 he underwent new surgery to correct penis asymmetry as a result of fat reabsorption and removal of some lipid cysts. After healing, he started using dynamometric traction with the "Jes Extender�" device.

During the year of '97 he made two more adjustments in the force to be used on the device, which was between 900-1000 grams. He returned on 03/28/2000, as he had reached the maximum stretching length of the device (27cm), which was even slack now, and requested another 5-cm stretching bar. Penis Enlargement: Gaining Girth

For many guys in penis enlargement, girth comes second to length. Prior to penis enlargement I really only thought about length, never put too much time into thinking about thickness. I now understand how important girth is in penis enlargement. Girth increases, according to basic physics, aid in the length process. It is also important to know that girth exercises help in total penile health due to the increase in blood flow.

Even though I worked my girth very hard in the beginning of my penis enlargement I was more focused on length and this could account for my slow, initial girth gains in penis enlargement. It was only after penis enlargement that I started to take notice of how important girth is to females. This is when I took girth as serious as length. This is when I started to make incredible girth gains. I did not change my penis enlargement routine, I only shifted my thinking...this made al the difference. Starting at 6.5 x 4.75, I gained 2" in length in my first 6 months but my girth gains were slow. I think I may have gained .25" in girth. When I saw how easy it was for me to gain length I knew there was something stalling my girth. Here are some of the ways I have made girth a fruitful part of my penis enlargement.

Preparing the penis for girth work, using hot wraps can start the flood flow before you even start your penis enlargement routine. I used a heating pad but any method of wrapping the penis in warmth will work. I would allow my penis to get warm (about 5 minutes) and then I would do some deep massage. This would get my blood flow going and I could already feel that my penis was more ready for girth than it was without using a hot wrap. I would also do a hot wrap after my girth work. FGor a lot of guys, penis enlargement can be very demanding, time wise, so I have been blessed with privacy and time so I can use a heating pad throughout the day. This keeps me post-penis enlargement in a consistent, expanded state. This not only aids in healing, it also helps the penis become larger in flaccid state.

During penis enlargement, doing girth, it is important to keep a constant state of expansion. For me, erect, girth exercise is the ticket. Although it is a bit more dangerous than say 80% erect, I still push this, using extreme care, in order to go beyond my 100% erect state. It is the constant expansion beyond the 100% erect size that promotes the fastest girth gains.

I need stimulation during my penis enlargement. With length I need more concentration but with girth I need more stimulation. I enjoy doing girth while watching porn. Using a laptop, mini-DVD player or even good ole fashion paper porn helped me stay UP for the challenge.

I also suggest that you make meditation a part of you penis enlargement in whole but in girth it is very important. My Penis Enlargement Gains using the VIMAX STRETCHER

Hello DLD and thank you for the chance to write about my gains. I started penis enlargement at 5" in length (bone pressed) and 4.5" of girth. When I first started to read about penis enlargement I read it on your Matters of Size forum. In my opinion in is the best penis enlargement site online, period.
