Firstly.... Alright, to get you onto the right path as to what I'm talking about here than see the following link http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/a...tid=4206&stc=1 .
Look above the female's finger for the 'line' going across the penis, underneath the skin. Thats what is often refered to as 'ribs' and Shane, the guy in that link is a great example.

What are these 'ribs'? They are called Trabeculae but 'ribs' is the slang if you will for them.
They are made-up of white fibrous tissue, elastic fibres and plain musculer fibres. Numourous arteries and nerves are contained in them. They are in essence what supports and encloses arteries entering the cavernous structure.

On entering the cavernous structure the arteries divide into branches, which are supported and enclosed by the trabeculae

Not alot of guys have these really visible like shane does, and thats why I used him as the example in the pictures.

I've found, that now I'm starting to see these Trabeculae becoming more and more visible.
I have had them like this for awhile now, but they have become more prominent especially during a session if I'm doing downward erect constricted bends.
The Trabeculae bulge out the sides just like shanes.
Deep girth work like that of constriction methods, SSJ, Horse Squeezes etc etc will make these Trabeculae structures more prominent, because they enclose arteries which carry blood into the Cavernous spaces so in essence they must be being enlarged through penis enlargement by doing deep internal girth work like that I have mentioned above.
I've never noticed these Trabeculae with other pe methods I used such as normal jelqing or stretching etc.
They musn't have hit the deep internal penis to actually get the Trabeculae to become prominent.
I think I'm also pretty confident that Shane has done penis enlargement, because these Trabeculae would need penis enlargement for sure to become so prominent.
I just wanted to share this information because it has always been on my mind as what these 'ribs' were - Trabeculae .

Keep Penis Enlargement Simple

For so many men, penis enlargement seems so miraculous, so impossible, so complicated that they give up before they start. Penis Enlargement: Gaining Girth

For many guys in penis enlargement, girth comes second to length. Prior to penis enlargement I really only thought about length, never put too much time into thinking about thickness. I now understand how important girth is in penis enlargement. Girth increases, according to basic physics, aid in the length process. It is also important to know that girth exercises help in total penile health due to the increase in blood flow.

Even though I worked my girth very hard in the beginning of my penis enlargement I was more focused on length and this could account for my slow, initial girth gains in penis enlargement. It was only after penis enlargement that I started to take notice of how important girth is to females. This is when I took girth as serious as length. This is when I started to make incredible girth gains. I did not change my penis enlargement routine, I only shifted my thinking...this made al the difference. Starting at 6.5 x 4.75, I gained 2" in length in my first 6 months but my girth gains were slow. I think I may have gained .25" in girth. When I saw how easy it was for me to gain length I knew there was something stalling my girth. Here are some of the ways I have made girth a fruitful part of my penis enlargement.

Preparing the penis for girth work, using hot wraps can start the flood flow before you even start your penis enlargement routine. I used a heating pad but any method of wrapping the penis in warmth will work. I would allow my penis to get warm (about 5 minutes) and then I would do some deep massage. This would get my blood flow going and I could already feel that my penis was more ready for girth than it was without using a hot wrap. I would also do a hot wrap after my girth work. FGor a lot of guys, penis enlargement can be very demanding, time wise, so I have been blessed with privacy and time so I can use a heating pad throughout the day. This keeps me post-penis enlargement in a consistent, expanded state. This not only aids in healing, it also helps the penis become larger in flaccid state.

During penis enlargement, doing girth, it is important to keep a constant state of expansion. For me, erect, girth exercise is the ticket. Although it is a bit more dangerous than say 80% erect, I still push this, using extreme care, in order to go beyond my 100% erect state. It is the constant expansion beyond the 100% erect size that promotes the fastest girth gains.

I need stimulation during my penis enlargement. With length I need more concentration but with girth I need more stimulation. I enjoy doing girth while watching porn. This also helps in lasting longer and it makes girth a lot of fun. When I way young in penis enlargement I had less privacy and needed to train in the bathroom. Using a laptop, mini-DVD player or even good ole fashion paper porn helped me stay UP for the challenge.

My Penis Enlargement Gains using the VIMAX STRETCHER

Hello DLD and thank you for the chance to write about my gains. I started penis enlargement at 5" in length (bone pressed) and 4.5" of girth. The Origin of Penis Enlargement and Why it Works
