What stretchers and devices have you used? Results/Gains? Looking into Phallosan but hesitant due to its price tag. Looking for something that's less labor and more "wear and forget about it"

I tried the stealth sleeve with extender coil and never saw significant results. It was extremely uncomfortable due to the needed pressure to keep it from slipping off my head. what device or stretcher has worked best for you and what we’re your gains? is Phallosan forte the new best all day...
