Is a length master basically a PF and lj hanger combined into one? Where can i find beginner routines for this device? Also where can i find peoples gain reports on it?

So i just bought my PF and what I am doing right now is 10 hours a day, 1 day off 60 hours a week.
Is this a good routine to see gains in the coming future? I have seen some people say to include manual work but I really don't have time for that hence why I bought a PF.
Also...
Does the second sleeve (Ultra-Soft TPR silicone Sleeve) fit any size? Right now I am using Medium bell small sleeve so I am wondering if it would work.
