    I've been using the uncle jims wrap after my routines. Id say 3 times per week for 3 hours a time because I just can't allocate enough time , got a busy schedule. Know of any all day wraps that dont cut off blood flow every 30 mins? And here's the link...

    I know this has been dead but i just found this and am interested in giving it a shot, but how does one twist to 360 degrees, how is that physically possible with the wrist? I cant get it passed 180 degrees or atleast i think i cant, help is highly appreciated!
