I got my extender from stretcHydromaxasters.com Is this a good quality? They are all basically the same thing.

Does anyone's head of there penis get cold while wearing extender? No pain just cold. I only wear it for an hour at a time with 15 min breaks.

It is a stretcHydromaxaster and does anyone else have advise on this, I dont know to put it over the skin or right below the head.
