hey folkes if you have a "loose circumsision" where the foreskin is cut right at the border of the glans, is it possible to be cut again to make it tighter?

hey folkes I am just 4 weeks away from my circumcision. I am 20 and the reason why I decided to do it is because my foreskin is a little bit narrow, so it hurt when pulling it back and just works right behind the top of the penis, not all the way down...moreover my frenulum is kind of short...
