It is very simple, with the switch in the down position you pump and pump to whatever level you desire. The pump will stay at that pressure for some time but you will need to pump more to increase by down position you mean either left or right, or all the way up or down i guess not hte middle...

DLD if possible can you let me know your thoughts on the mity pump does it provide the same effects basicly as the Bathmate but just not using water? downsides etc? dangers etc

Hey DLD i meant non water, looking for another good pump that generates the same effect as the Bathmate but with normal air no water needed there are so many options out there just curious if you know of any good ones. i will still use my Bathmate in the shower to do hardcore stretches
