I would say not 100% consistent no. But you would have thought after 1 year I would have gained some thing?

no went straight into stretching and jelqing I get temp gains but have not gained any thing at all other than that. Start stats are none bone pressed L = 6.5" EG = 5" Temp gains are none bone pressed L = 6.8" EG = 5.5" Probably just one of them people that dont gain :(
