Hi all! This is a question mostly for veterans and long-time PEers. Are you afraid of creating permanent damage from long-term PE? Is there anyone you know (including you) that has or has not had issues (erectile dysfunction, lingering pain, etc.) after long-term training? I'm a little nervous of that because this seems like it could cause issues, even if it's done correctly. Huge-girth is my coach, so I know I'm in good hands as far as doing the exercises properly and frequency. What I'm worried about is creating long-term damage from doing things properly. I currently am not having any issues.

Any thoughts?

Solution
As long as you take full cautions in PE, injuries are minimized. Long term damages occur when you go too hard and too fast because you are overzealous or just desperate. As the motto here is, "It's not a sprint. It's a marathon."

Injuries will happen. But listening to everyone's inputs and know where you are in the intensity levels, proceed with full observations like you are watching a prey in your crosshair. Inform your coach constantly even the littlest details on suspicions of issues. They are there for you and will discuss with you.

Agree!

Also: Girth work should increase your EQ.
Sometimes you can kill EQ temporarily if you go to hard.
It's important to increase the intensity slow and steady.

I have read about brothers having problems being at 10 in.Hg vaccum, but I can be there comfortably for 5 minutes. It took a long time to get here.

You need to make sure you do not increase the intensity to fast. Better to go slow and steady then risking injuries and killing your EQ or even penis. Something that is important as well is to never compare yourself to others in this journey. The comparison game can make you
overzealous or just desperate
This is not a good place to be at. When the logical sense leaves the mind, you risk harming yourself.

Be safe @Argyle.

I question if this section is working as intended?

First post is a clear question, and the rest of the posts are answers from other members.

When I try to guide members about this they do not care.

It only takes a few seconds but will help thousands
You two are underrated the helps. Forget thousands. We're entering into the millions. If you talked to manufacturers from China, the production lines are rolling out millions of units each year and they are still falling behind. Brothers everywhere are taking on PE. Most don't come out and communicate and rather perform behind the scene readings. I simply chuckled at the one distributor for the manufacturers and they sold over 20k+ units last year and had a hard time keeping available stocks. This is just one distributor. Keep hammering the dark web with info MOS admins.

If you don't know how to ride a bike and you go down a mountain you will permanently injure yourself. That is why there are all these blogs that advise against PE. I don't know why bikes are not illegal if so many people get injured on them? WHY?

Because if you do this properly and trust the process you should see results and improved EQ. That is not to say there are no risks, however if you trust the process the likelihood of you getting injured are low to nothing. Age is a factor, I know that if I did PE at the age of 32-34 or 39-41, I would not know if it was my EQ getting lower as being a man or if it has something to do with PE, meaning your body is changing at the same time as PE, many on the forums blame PE, and some maybe valid, although it is highly unlikely that if you do PE for some reason you don't lose some natural EQ as being a man in general. Do you get what I am saying?!

It is great that you hear, question, research and read about everything about PE. In the last 1 year I have spent around 400 hrs on reading and learning.

i did reply. no way to get in that quick yet anyway. not that they can even fix this.
Dude you remind me the psychological problems I had when I first entered this forum. You are just like me. Trust me on this. I am not saying this to make your day better, you can check the forum and my messages.
You have to MOVE your fuckin ass. MOVE your body and go to andrologist. This is science. This will help you.
I started PE with ZERO erections. ZERO you understand? And now I am managing to make erections and do PE work out of nowhere.
PE only helps. There was an UNDERLYING condition behind ALL these that got activated after your stressing.
Go to Andrologist and to a mental therapist. You need medication to get UP. You are so down.

You have to take this decision and go to a doctor. It's as simple as it sounds

currently waiting on pelvic floor therapist appointment. everything is slower than christmas
Ok call an andrologist. If he cant, call another. If the other cant, call another.
Take from many advices and calculate the outcome. You have to get up. You remind of me. If you ask @huge-girth who knows me he will tell you the mood swings I faced when I started and how bad I was but every day is getting better because here all the brothers have so big knowledge that it is an idiot's things to not listen to them. All here have achieved something all men want.
So hear me out. Here a guy who's taking antidepressants, anti-psychotics, and Benzodiapines.
CALL a psychiatrist / therapist for appointment. YOu have to get up. Do not lose this battle you will regret it.
