bathmate 5x5x3 routine and tension stretch, safe & effective?

Hey first of all this site is awesome and I really appreciate the effort you put into helping people DLD!

I have a couple of questions if you get the time to answer I would greatly appreciate it.

I did some PE a few years ago which was the stretching part of your newbie routine and it gave me 0.7" length which was really good. I stopped for a long time but maintained most of it, Now I want to get serious about gaining both length and girth.

I started doing some "side to side" stretches and jelqing recently but I found that my grip often slips with these stretches due to having particularly thin glans, I find static stretching in an outward / down direction is a lot easier for me and they feel great. I found out about the "tension stretch" where you spend 10 seconds slowly stretching out & down while slowly leaning back, and then spend a further 10 seconds holding the max position. I tried this and it felt awesome, my instinct tells me it will be great for my length

I want to buy a bathmate and do the 5x5x3 routine along with this stretch (starting with low reps and slowly adding more every week up to 100) Does this seem like a decent idea? After a few months of getting more conditioned I could replace the jelqing portion of the girth work for SSJ (which I tried last night after reading your thread about it, and felt incredible) but I know it's probably too advanced for me. Sorry for such a long post!

BEWNERS, thank you for your kind comments I truly appreciate it but I also want you to know that I do what I love and I love helping you guys out. As far is the Bathmate is concerned it is the best device for girth especially if you’re following the SRT work out. The 5×5×3 kicks ass and delivers up to an inch or more of temporary girth that is Is totally usable in sex with your wife. As time progresses these temporary gains will become permanent gains a new temporary gains will manifest themselves. So it’s a very consistent process but it also gives that added advantage of using your pumped size for sex.

With the slippage issue issue with your hands I suggest you pick up Lengthmaster because this device allows you to strap yourself in to the chamber and allows you to use both hands to stretch using the handlebars of the LM. There’s absolutely no slippage and us all to your stretch. In addition there’s so many other exercises that are possible with the LM.

I suggest you keep doing what you’re doing learning that SlowSquashJelq, It is the most powerful manual girth exercise possible and when you add it to the Bathmate work out it is insane.

Do you think I could milk much more length gains with those beginner stretches if I sort out the grip issue or use the length master?

I like the idea of continuing with the SSJ.. I havn't done much jelqing but I find it really annoying and messy, The SSJ felt amazing and I could do it dry with no lube.

Using the Lengthmaster for all stretches will deliver endless gains. So yes use it for all basic stretching and it will bring gains much faster without limit.

You do the SSJ just like me. I hate Messi wet work so I do the SSJ dry and the expansion is just as good as if I get it wet but with no cleanup. It is a huge gift to have the SSJ because of the immense girth it delivers. The only way to make the SSG better he’s using the SRT 5×5×3 routines.

I hear you about the jelqing being less convenient and messy. I have limited private time, so I have come up with a pretty efficient routine that I would like to share(it seems long winded, but once you do it a few times, it can be quick):

1. Microwave a wool sock filled with rice for 60-90 seconds. Pop that inside your underwear as you walk around for 10 minutes and move it occasionally to heat up all sides of my penis and ligaments. I'll often do this while doing mundane tasks.

2. One set of bundled stretches(manual) - should take 3 minutes max - I do a seperate LM session for my main length workout when I have more time/privacy.

3. Grab my Bathmate and hop in the shower. Before turning on the water, I do 4 sets of 50 regular jelqs with johoba oil while standing in the shower(no water running). Typically 75% erect or so. This has the added benefit of lubricating my dick before the BM session, to cut down on any dryness due to the hot water(that might just be my sensitive skin).

4. I quickly wash off with soap and water but purposely don't wash my dick, except for at the base where i need a good seal from the BM.

5. 3-5 minutes BM

6. SSJ's (2-3, holding for 60 seconds each)

7. 3-5 minutes BM

8. SSJ's (2-3 holding for 60 seconds each)

9. 3-5 minutes BM

10. SSJ's (2-3 holding for 60 seconds each)

11. Throw a cock ring on and go commando until bed.

I adjust my time depending on the situation.

I use a waterproof digital timer you can get on amazon for $10.

Bewner you won’t regret buying a bath mate ? it’s a game changer & as long as manual stretching is doing it’s job you can always stick to that but once you see it slow down or even stop that length master doesn’t mess around ?? Also that routine by mcblz is badass so if you can try that out or any variation of that that feels comfortable for you go for it !

If you still haven't gotten to your length goal, you should get yourself a length master. It is going to give you all the length gains you need.
