Need advice please !

Hey guys!!

I completed my first three months of PE last week but unfortunately I was not rewarded with gains besides a better EQ which I am happy in that department. I was a little bit disappointed because I had the impression when I looked at my penis that I was bigger but when I measured I was still the same size. I know that this is not a fast process but with dedication I will get there. This week I am resting but next week I will start again. I don’t know if I should continue with my previous routine or if I should start with a new one. My previous routine was:

10 minutes warm up with hot cloth
5 sets of stretching (straight out, left, up, right and down. 25 seconds each position)
150 jelqs 3 second each jelq
25 kegels 3 seconds each
10 minutes warm down hot cloth

I do 50 kegels a day, 25 in the morning and 25 after the routine (Night time) like stated before. I am currently 7 inches BPEL and 6 inches EG. I am satisfied with my girth. My goal is 1 inch in length. So guys what do you think I should do?

Hey I’m sure a vet will give better advice but from my experience it depends on how you felt after your workout routine my advice if you feel good still maybe up the intensity a bit more. Could just mean you’re not giving enough intensity. Also you’re doing basic stretching which is fine especially if you’re new to this but maybe you can incorporate a little more advance stretch every now an then such as bundled stretch’s etc.. I have never done Manuel work from my experience I love pe equipment and the 2 things I’d recommend are the length master and bathmate if you can get your hands on those 2 devices and slowly work your way up you will multiply the speed of you gains trust me but if not just stick to Manuel’s maybe up the intensity and add more stretches to your workout give it another 3 months and see how things work out man ! Like I said hopefully red or dld can give their response but also look up and read the srt method created by dld there’s no way you couldn’t gain with a committed routine like that !
 
It's either you are not using enough intensity or you need a penis device. You can make good gains through manual pe but I've never done manual pe before.

If you have the cash, you can buy a length master. It is capable of giving you all your needed gains. It's the only device you need since you have a 1 inch goal and also since it's the cheapest and most powerful manual stretching device.
 
Welcome to the brotherhood! To me it sounds like a time issue sometimes gains can take a while to kick in. But it could also be the routine because some men need more work and or intensity to make gains happen. I see your routine and it’s Lacking in a few areas. I highly recommend reviewing the SRT routine as it’s going to teach you many things about healing, training and gaining. The suggestions I’m giving you come from the SRT routine.

Before any girth or length session I suggest you get in 5 to 10 minutes of bundled stretches. These can be done many ways and I’ll give you a few. These can be done manually or with the Lengthmaster. I also suggest you incorporate a set of Expressive stretches. Again needs to be done manually or with equipment. Buy hand he simply grip at the extreme bass of your penis and stretch out from there. If you have a Bathmate You can do DLD Hard-core stretches, With a Lengthmaster you can attach at a low point on your penis, strap down and stretch from there.

I would also look at various other stretches that are available that are very powerful. I also suggest that you look at the SlowSquashJelq as this is a much faster way to gain girth.

If you have the time yet in the testicle Health massage and stretch that is found in the newbie routine. This will help with a longer and heavier flaccid penis

Of course. Just start adding instensity & figure out what your limits are you’re gonna see gains through time ??

That’s exactly right. Overtime any exercise will eventually lose its ability to bring new gains. At this point it’s important to either add intensity and time to the exercise or switch to a new more powerful exercise.

I will follow your advice man. I actually thought about buying an extender but I don't have money and I do't live alone and to add to that not much privacy ,So I figured that I could do manual exercises when I' m alone (usually 1 hour at night).
Overall my EQ is much better I can even see veins that I couldn't see before. Should I just concentrate in length exercises (multiple variations of stretches) or i should also add jelqing ?
 
It really depends on what you want, do you want to gain girth right now or do you want to gain length right now? Do you have a limited amount of time to dedicate to your routine? Let me know the answers to these questions and I will give you some advice on a great routine. What is your starting size and where do you want to get to

I want length. My girth 6 inches so is fine, not worried about girth at all. I have 1 hour to 2 hours max to dedicate every day. Main goal is 1 inch in length (7 inches in length right now)

Thanks for the quick reply! I will write a routine for you that is completely manual and in the future, when you have tools, we can modify this routine. I will work on that tonight for you please just bump this thread so I remember.
