Possible penis damage

UPDATE: 72 hour mark.

I did some pelvic floor stretches last night, and this morning (not stretching penis, only stretching my body). The tingling is now gone. However, now my pelvic floor from the anis to testicular area is more sore as a result.

I noticed this area had been sore prior to stretching, but it is much more sore now.

My glans look a little bigger now, but they still aren’t activating via jelk or kegel like they used to. I’m going to see a urologist this evening. I will check back in later today. Thanks again to all of you for time and expertise.

My apologies for the late update. There was no urologist on board via ER. I’m going to set-up an appointment with a urologist tomorrow.

The tingling sensation is completely gone. My pelvic floor was a little sore after the initial incident, but was overshadowed by the tingling sensitivity of the glan/head. However, after doing pelvic floor stretches, it exasperated what was there/hidden pertaining to the floor. Also, the doctor checked for a hernia. It was so painful because the doctor was digging into an injured area. It hurt for several hours afterwards. Ouch.

I was intimate with my spouse for the first time since the injury. Everything went very well considering. My glan (tube part underneath the penis) does flex via kegel, but the head seems uninspired. I had no problem with penetration whatsoever, so I don’t think it’s floppy/soft glan syndrome. Hopefully my glan/head will recover to what it once was, and I pray my sore floor heals quickly.

EDIT: Round 2. We were intimate again; this time with a restriction ring. The head/glan was at max capacity. I’m very excited about this news. Hopefully my pelvic floor doesn’t act-up.

EDIT 2: Upon waking this morning, my pelvic floor feels great. Feels like there hasn’t been an injury at all- like a miracle from God. Disclaimer: since the incident, I generally do feel the best upon awakening, so we’ll see how it goes throughout the day. It honestly feels like I could start pumping again. I just want to be on the safe-side time wise when to return.

Also, to explain perhaps the reason behind this particular injury: I had completely filled up the hydromax 7 pump girth wise, but was an inch or less to the top in length, so I thought the Wide Boy 7 was the answer (and for the record, this happened the first time using the Wide Boy). I thought the difference in the Wide Boy was just the size, but I swear it has a higher rate of pressure, as well. Now add the fact that I was doing sets of kegels simultaneously while fully erect and in uncharted pressure territory…

Make sure to chart your pressure zone. Only do creep-ups every other day or every week. Creep-ups are when you at full erection in the tube, and slowly pump the pressure up, creeping at 0.25inHg at a time. The warning bells of your penis being maxed out at a slightly unbearable size will be noticed, as if a nuclear bomb is about to go off in your penis. Always be safe.
