Dunno whats goin on.

This weekend I lasted about 2 minutes. and then even second time around just shortly after the first I lasted about 4 or 5. dam.

anyway.

Anything I can do to get some control of that?

Does edging and then leaving it a minute and edging again ect
work to help this?

Not true. You don't get an automatic boner just from taking viagra. It helps, but you still have to have stimulation just like normal. And also just like normal, once you cum, you'll probably get soft at least for a few minutes.

When your penis grows, your body is still pumping the same amount of blood it used to. You need to make sure you're doing plenty of kegels (and reverse kegels for the pre-ejac) so your pelvic floor muscle will be able to pump enough blood in.

i dont really get this reverse keqel thing? is it just the exactly opposite of squeezing your pc muscle? this doesnt really work for me....when i cum it the penis just contracts and i cant do anything against this...how can i train this?

Your natural response to ejaculation is a normal kegel and even after you have trained your reverse kegels it still is difficult to mentally train yourself to do it during orgasm. The best time to train this muscle movement is during stretching as seen in DLD Blasters or during masturbation. DLD Blasters use repetition between the kegel and reverse kegel to practice this difference. In masturbation you can put this muscle movement into practice. Try bringing yourself to the brink of orgasm and then consciously pushing or reverse kegeling to hinder the orgasm.

The reverse kegel is just the opposite of a kegel. If you are taking a piss and try to increase the speed of the stream, that is a reverse kegel. Stopping the flow is a kegel.
 
So basically working your PC muscles will make your penis 10 times stronger and give you more control in sex.

I tried doing reverse kegels during those constricter exercises and found it easier to keep a boner while doin so
 
if you work your pc muscle as in routine 1 - should you also do reverse keqels? should you do them seperatly or will you work both anyway when squeezing it? or should you try to first squeeze it as hard as possible and then push it as hard as possible?

another question - when having sex do you just try to push your pc muscle all the time until you want to cum or what?

It is all dependent on the person. Some people use Kegels to stave off a orgasm while other may use Reverse Kegels or a combination of them both. To find what works best I suggest practicing on a FleshLight. Once you have found your groove you will last as long as you like.
