This exercise feels good I haven't done it in a while. I'm mainly trying to acclimate to high erection jelqing which feels easier as the sessions go by. When I'm more comfortable with my conditioning I'll include some of these, and ssj in my training. I salivate at the thought of what my expansion will look like then.
 
YAY, a bump on one of my favorite exercises. This brings such wonderful temporary girth and length gains.
 
It will be a sad thing to know all the meaningful exercises and still lack consistency. Consistency and intensity is the key to gains. There is no need buying all the PE tools if you cannot be consistent with them. In other words, choose the tools you can be consistent with and work your way to your dream size.

Exactly. I have grown used to many of my most important threads getting pushed into history with little involvement only to have them pop up months later and become all the rave. Consistency is very much tied to gaining and when these two elements are shown with proof others become consistent.

Which is why I keep telling you to focus more on the exercises than buying all sort of things you come up with. Now you have so many PE budgets and you also lack consistency. You cannot do all things, I keep telling you.

Here I don't agree. With better tools you gain fast. The key is about consistency and not tools. Without LM and Bathmate your gains are nothing. By hand it would have taken 6 times the more time.
 
A little confused. I understand the pulling by the glans part. Just a standard stretch. But, with the other hand I have read where some members are saying keep digging in to the pubic bone, grasping as low as I can. Then I see some members talking about pulling out at the bottom and jelqing instead of constantly digging deeper? I'm confused
 
In case you haven't gotten it down its like this.

Step 1: You do some ulis to engorge the top part of the shaft (as far as I understand you pretty much need to have maximum engorgement for any variant of erect stretches) then you push in deep with the uli hand to try and grip some internal penis.

Step 2: Take your overhand grip to the tunica below the corona, and pull both hands outward.

This exercise feels different than a regular uli, in that with a uli you will feel the shaft expanded out the sides. With this one it expands both to the sides, and throughout the length of the shaft. It's a peculiar feeling you'll probably recognize it when you do one.

Hope it's okay I'm bumping this thread. I just spent 15 or so minutes doing these, and doing them correctly, I think. Feels like a really good one. But was a video ever posted? Again, I think I was doing them right, or right enough to benefit, at least, but some visual confirmation would be great.
 
Just for the hell of it, a little about me. I bought a Bathmate back in June and used is 5-6 days per week from, say, June 15th to August 15th, but it broke when moving apartments and I haven't replaced it. I lurked around the forum a fair amount all summer, and at the beginning of September tried to start up a consistent manual routine. I think for the first three or four weeks though I wasn't stretching with nearly enough intensity. Over the past few weeks I've been trying to steadily increase that, but still only a handful of times came away with that "good" soreness.

But, sitting here now after my blasters session, I feel exactly that. So this is pretty promising I think.
 
What about using a ring to replace the uli? Maybe push the ring as deep as you can, uli under it and do the pull as usual but hold the stretch, then push the ring down as far as you can and repeat. Any idea if this would get close to the same effect?

Cause I'm about to give that a shot for a good 5 minutes worth of stretching in a minute. But it sounds pretty close. Obviously using lube on the ring so it can slide down farther and farther and keeping the glans area dry enough to stretch.

I just have no desire to hold a uli for that long. Sounds crampy.
