Would a horse squeeze only routine work? Is it dangerous?

I've done "X" only routines and they work well with proper focus and dedication. Pay attention to the feedback your penis is giving you and injury risk will be minimized.

My advice is to skip the horse exercise and go for the SSJ, it is a much more powerful girth exercise.

IF you've experimented and found this exercise to be effective for you, then performing it (along with stamina work) should yield good gains. You'll have the advantage of having more recovery resources available since you'll be eliminating other exercises- which should allow you to train more frequently and accelerate girth gains.
