I've also come across several studies that suggest using your imagination to exercise your muscles is almost as good as actually working out your muscles, in terms of muscle gain.

I think Penis Enlargement can be very similar but haven't been at it long enough to determine yes or no.

In our Yoga practise, we use also use breathing, relaxation and intention to stretch our ligaments in our shoulder, thighs, and other appendages (not the lil one though).
Please share your technique.
 
The technique is called 'Spirit Hand'...I know just go with me on this one, it works.

With Spirit Hand you hold one hand on the origin of a muscle and the other on the insertion (start and end of a muscle belly).

Then you imagine your energy going into the muscle, and with your imagination see the individual cells like big beach balls. Then, simply use your imagination to push the beach balls apart.

I modify this by doing a penis stretch, holding my hand at the top and my other hand towards the base, and then proceed to imagine I am moving the cells.

That's basically it, I haven't been using it long enough to report results, but let me know if it works for you.

It is a very important part of Penis Enlargement to have intention and visualization. The body physics will react and follow the mental route setup by its master - the mind.

Godofcock, in your opinion what other technices are there that one could use one the penis to achive myofascial release? Maybe directly massaging the surface of the penis and trying to "dig" into it? Anyway I'm very curious about this. What about bundled stretches? I get a different feeling on my penis, like of overall growth when I do these.. just my thoughts.

Watch this vid on how the fascia works in the body to have an understanding of "myofascial release". It does contain images of cadavers, but nothing gross, and the visual lesson drives the concept home.

After seeing the video, you'd know that the tiny fibers laid down by the body get stuck to each other so when you break up those adhesion, you are actually doing a myofascial release.

So when talking about the penis, we don't really need to work locally (meaning we are not trying to do "deep tissue" work on the penis itself), that's taken care of by all the manual techniques found in Penis Enlargement (Penis Enlargement could be understood -broadly- as a penile "medical" massage).

When I saw the eBook I hoped to find what structures needed to be "released" in order to maximize function. I didn't find much on there. I have my own opinions on the subject and will share when I give more shape to them so they can be tried out.

One example of the above: In the book, the authors mention the effect of the tonus of the Latissimus Dorsi in sexual performance, they advice to strengthen this muscle because it's the "only muscle that joins the upper limbs with the pelvic area" ... I don't agree with this, and if this is the case, why did they omit mentioning the Psoas muscle? which is the only muscle that joins the torso, with the lower limbs?

Anyway, back on the subject... you ARE already doing fascial manipulation when doing Penis Enlargement, the question is: is this the ONLY way this could be done to support our goal of creating a stronger, bigger, AND healthier male organ of love? I think we can come up with some REALLY cool stuff ...

Absolutely, instead of stressing the fibers in one plane or angle, you are hitting the tissue from all directions making it a more complete and efficient work out. That's why I can't wait to try the Length Master!

I once had a copy of Ironman Penis vs 2.0 and lost it in a hard drive crash (didn't back up a copy). I like to read everything on Penis Enlargement and really enjoyed Ironman 2.0. A couple of years ago Ironman Penis vs 3.0 came out and I would love to get a copy but infortunately the website no longer sells it and I've been trying to find a copy forever.

Does anyone here at MoS have a copy of Ironman Penis vs 3.0 they would be willing to share??
 
so myofascial release of the cock never took off it seems. the myofascial techniques I've learned would not apply to the cock. Anyone else have any experience with this?
 
i will not try. according to bib this will cause the materials in penis to cross-links, and risk peronye's.
