ok so basically it's erect stretches with the skin pulled out. how erect should i get? i would imagine the harder the better

You are correct, the harder the better. When the penis is fully erect the ligaments are stretched to their natural, longest length...this is where you want to be while doing this exercise. At 100% anything beyond it would be a gain.

movn,

I believe the skin stretch is due to if you do reveal inner penis, your going to need new skin for it to be useable.

It is supposed to make the penis bigger, yes:) It is a rather new exercise so users trying it out will be the real testimony to it's effectiveness.

Just to make sure I doing this right, I 100% hard, then pull as much skin as possible up and hold it. THen I make a ok grip around the base an milk it up then loosen it to bring the grip back down to base and repeat? I have a problem with the fact that I can't get all the way down to the base since I'm pulling all my extra skin up my balls and loose skin kind of get in the way....

hey double d. is it tru r not?

From WebMD's Expert Louanne Cole Weston:

Jelqers may believe that the technique works, but they are mistaken about how. You may hear that by pushing blood into the erectile tissue of the penis, you can expand the chambers -- the corpora cavernosa -- so they eventually hold more blood, resulting in bigger erections. You may also hear that jelqing exercises the smooth muscle of the penis, making it bigger and stronger.

"I think that's all bogus," says Tom Lue, MD, professor of urology at the University of California, San Francisco. He says that only swelling, caused by bleeding under the skin, could explain the increases in penis size men like Thomas experience. This result would not be permanent, hence the need to follow a rigorous jelqing regimen indefinitely. The idea that the smooth muscle of the penis can be exercised , like the biceps, is a myth. "Smooth muscle doesn't respond that way," Lue says. In fact, stretching it can be harmful. For example, the bladder is smooth muscle. According to Lue, if you hold in urine so that the bladder expands too much, the tissue weakens. What's more, Lue says, all the stretching, pulling, and squeezing might cause scar tissue to form in the penis, which could hinder a man's ability to get an erection.

But Thomas maintains that apart from a little soreness, he hasn't injured his penis by jelqing, and he says his erections last longer than they did before. "Anatomically and physiologically this is just wishful thinking," urologist Ira Sharlip, president of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, writes in an email. "It's all baloney until a real study with objective before and after measurements, verified by an independent source [since you can't do a placebo comparison], proves that it works."

and Dr. Marks agrees.

Dr. Sheldon Marks

Fuck Sheldon Marks and fuck weBathmated, they have a hidden agenda and give poor advice...that is my comment:)

I"ve been Penis Enlargement-ing now for 4 plus years, my erections are stronger, I am measurably bigger, (my wife said the other day after sex that while spent my penis looked like a big sausage hanging there) and I last longer in bed.
I am more aware of my sexuality and my "point of no return" than before I exercised. This is a form of usable proof at least it would be acceptable in a court of law if I were called upon to testify. And of course my wife would be a witness lol.

The fact that a "study" must be done before the claims are fact or true is a form of logical fallacy that seems to point to the need for a cogent appeal to authority before the claims are worthwhile.

True scientists don't sit on their butts and say, 'It's not true until a study proves it so"
True scientists say, "These are claims made from more than one source. We need to investigate it and do a study to see if it's true."

I'm going to start this exercise in my sessions. DLD do you have anything else to add?

Is anyone else having an issue gripping the extreme base? Very thick down there and tough to get a good"ok" grip. Any suggestions? thanks.

Grab a LengthMaster, you can clamp down at base and grip the two LM arms and stretch to your hearts content.

Tried this exercise and wasn't to my liking with the grip at the base not feeling right.
