Got some news with my past problem!
Waou my post is pretty long!! It's a whole program, but it really works! I think these are good tips.

So here's my story :

when I begin pumping, due to the pressure, the very flexible skin of my balls, at the root of my dick, slips into the pump instead of the skin above my dick which keeps still.
Hence it makes my dick pulled towards my navel and then touches the inside of the tube! Then it hurts!

I've tried a lot of things these last few days to protect my dick from touching the tube : condom, vibrating cock rings with and without the vibro, foam...
But the best is...

JUST A SPONGE!!

Just cut a "protective ring" from an ordinary sponge (but don't forget to remove the scratching face^^)! Then it must look like a DONUT! Put the SPONGE PROTECTIVE RING around your dick, then your dick doesn't touch the tough Bathmate body but instead it touches the sponge which is limp and doesn't hurt!!!

A little precision : if you do so, you better use the X-40, because not enough space for the Sponge Protective Ring into the Hercule!
And if your dick is not reaching exactly 20cm but a bit under like me, 18cm, the tip to better fit to the X-40 is to enter erected in it, so that the surface of your dick is more important in comparison to the surface of the pubis and around -what I call the base of the dick- hence the pressure applies more onto the dick instead of applying to the base of the dick, therefore the sealing rubber hurts much less : It pulls the dick instead of the base of the dick!!

Hi

Have just read the last pages of the old thead and now all of this thread and is just wondering about some things.

I see that you all "big" experienced guys recommend the X-40 when you are about my size 7.25/5.5.

Is my girth to big for X-40 or would you recommend me staying with that one for a while?

My problem is that even when puting it on erect I'm expending to fast and before I have max suction my skin on the base get stuck and I get small cuts that bleed a little.

So it's hard to use it every day because it newer heels.

My other problem is that my X-40 just got broken! The unbreakable cylinder just go a BIG crack in it about 10 cm, just like a crack in a windshield.

I want to use it but I can't do anything before I get an answer from Bathmate, I want to glue the crack so I can use it but I don't know how I will do to reach the inside of the cylinder. Any ideas?!

I orderd the Bathmate about two weeks ago and gotten the email of it beeing send then that was it.
It said I would get it around 3rd-5th january and thats passed a week now. I've send multiple emails to the support both in my own country and the support one without any answear at all.

Now today I attempted to call the number and then it tells me the number is no longer avaible that the company has closed it down.

You see Im starting to get worried I've been tricked here as I get no responce at all so found this site I desided to give it a try.

So lastnight I finaly managed to call the contact number to Bathmate and ended up to an recorded message. I attempted to get support but when I pressed the key 2 for support it simply said such a option didnt exist and when I spoke Support it just kept replaying. So finaly I said costumer management or service, gotten to speak in my order number then it said it was saved and hung up.
Its the same number as I've seen posted in a few threads on this forum.
Oh and stil no reply on my emails at all even though they state costumer service 24/7.

I've pm The Grahn but I suppose he has to much already to handle.

Is this useual to how they treat people who wonder where their order is?
