Is the spam filter on? It's just odd to see so many new member threads and then only few of those names actually writes anything. Just wondering if all new members are "organic."

Some mod should do something about all this spam as of late ... Getting way out of the realms of PE, from my point of view anyway.
With that said, go do a set or study and implement new exercises to your routine!

Less spam and more new members chiming in! I see new names in the list all the time, no need to write a novel, just drop a line and get things rolling.

Based on your nickname, I am assuming we share a common language, yet I am still writing to you in english for now just to be sure.
If possible, I would appreciate you mentoring me a bit, as there are some languagebarriers and a lot of confusion involved in these matters for a rookie.

I am also assuming that you have some inside information about local availability of equipment needed for PE.
