I’m sure this topic may have been discussed before on here, but is there any way to negate water retention in the foreskin as I am uncut. It’s not a massive issue as it doesn’t hurt and goes down after a while but it would be nice to avoid it if possible.

I’ve been using it for about a month but I used it a few years ago for 6 months with some gains, so my penis is already used to it. I was just thinking of adding some hanging sessions just for variation what hanging device do you use by the way?

Hi all at present I use the phallosan forte for over 12 hours a day and love it, but want to add something more. Would anyone recommend getting the phallosan plus or just get something like a bib hanger and do sessions with that in between using the phallosan forte

No I don’t think so. It’s personal preference though. You can do it the normal way as well. Let me know if anyone tries it and what they think and any improvement on the idea

???? noo. Ok so you put your phallosan forte on, (with the belt system not the extender) So your penis is to one side of your body. So the tube slides underneath you penis, so it’s between your body and your penis, thus creating an extra stretch. surely that’s easy to understand?
