There are far too many resources on this forum and the Mattersofsize site that basically walk you through the process. Having "pumping parties" will and can steer people away in my opinion.

Ive done that. The BM may get skipped every now and then but I NEVER skip a day with the LM and SG.

I gained a half inch with the LM and another half inch with only the Bathmate in 3 or so months. I also have the SizeGentics in my arsenal along with the Bathmate. Im more focused on length so the LM and SG get more use..
