What’s up money the man? How long have you been pumping? Depending on how long I’d keep the time the same so 15 mins but instead of 2 days a week maybe up that a couple more try 4 days and see if you notice any difference

I’ve hanged with my silistretcher at 7.5 pounds and a silicap for 30 min sessions with no blisters and I am very new to hanging make sure blood is out of the head and you wear a silicap you may need to tweak a little if you are more sensitive then others

How much for just the piston on the silo stretcher I honestly think I broke mine ??

Hey dld lighting i think I broke my silistretcher the knob piece popped and it’s completely off the piston did I actually break it or can it be fixed ? Please message me as soon as you can because I want to get back to using this thing I hope it’s not broken :/
