These last two weeks of PE have been good for me,Alot of positive stage mentality.Mental energy has been in the normal levels,Trying to plant good words and good thougths only.Any negativity in my mind gets converted by the sword of my positivity:)

I think doing the testicle health massage that dld has mentioned before would help you out in reducing the swelling.

I dont know everything there is to know about kegals just a few things but i think they help out into bringing the internal penis out to join the extenal side.They probably help pump blood to increase flaccid lenght and flaccid girth,better erections as well.

I tried this exercise yesterday and it was quite intense,I wanted to test them out,I am going to start adding these to my routine soon!I noticed right away my flaccid increased slighty:) No pain or irritation afterwards.I felt a little skin burn while doing it,but as i read that is normal to feel.
