The only con I can think of is you might not get the expansion that your looking for if you dont do a warm up in conjunction with using the hot water pump session. Imo the upside to water pumping is that you can use it to warm up your penis by using hot water and staying in the pump for 5minutes or so which kills two birds with one stone vs you having to use a heating pad/device and then going into the dry pump which adds more time to your routine hope...
