Seems prescription hydrocortisone can be 1% (10mgs/gram) or 2.5% (25mgs/gram). Obviously, OTC can be 1% as well. Odd that the NIH link didn't specify dosing strength.
I know hydrocortisone is good for irritation, inflammation, etc of skin....but it also decreases collagen synthesis. Is using it regularly on one's penis a good idea...
