Not sure if that's enough. I do my routine in the shower and don't really do a warm down. I spend almost 30 minutes doing my routine. 10 min warm up Basic stretching all directions 2 sets of 30 second holds. 10 min jelqing. I want to try out Double Long Daddys routine. I will give this a go...
