    When I was running today, I noticed, beyond the normal turtling, my glans were quite cold. I would notice the difference in temperature, when I would put the glans against my thigh, quite chilly.

    What temperature for maximum benefit? 104 degrees?

    I was thinking of using a mineral plate lamp or "tdp". They talk a lot of magic about them, and I have a heat pad, and mini heater already which I dont like. I think rather than 104, I read beforehand 113, and just made it 1 degree hotter for extra benefit lol.

    Hi. I would like to know what temp has been shown for maximum benefit. I have a heating device which I can set to a certain temp, and I hear 104 is best for collagen deformation and growth. Is 104 okay for the body to feel without damage, and does this seem like a good temp? Thanks.
