I've added a good deal, was around average @ 5.9" BPEL and now a tad over 7.5" BPEL 🤩

Pumping with jelqs or ssj is nice for expansion. 5x5x3 is a good routine.
Do you do any stretching before Pumping?
You should try bundled stretching before Pumping to warm up and pre-fatigue the penis.
That sound like very long sessions for clamping 😅 I think I only did max 15-20min clamping with a small pause every 5min for circulation.
For me, the girth came along great wit 5x5x3 and bundled stretching before.
I started with 4.75" girth and sitting at around 5.9-6.1" now depending on eq.
I've gotten the same feeling by clamping and also by having a cockring on for too long.
I believe that it comes from to much pressure/flooding with blood in the penis that compresses the urethra.
