Hey hows it going man. I was wondering if you can give me a good workout routine and supplement advice. Right now im just trying to get a more athletic looking body. Ive been going to the gym for a couple years now. Thanks man. Do you reccomend testosterone boosters also?? I have a high body fat. And my testosterone levels are in the lower end of normal.
