I've been using a silicone cockring after doing my bathmate sessions. A couple of months ago I noticed that bruise occured after removing the ring. I waited untill it healed and the resumed my excercises again. To my frustration the bruise returns whenever I use the bathmate. I stopped putting on a cockring afterwards, but this didn't help. I'm wondering if anyone has an idea to prevent this from happening.

I included an image of the bruises.

Thanks in advance guys.IMG_20221214_135106.jpg

Using a foam ring at the base should eliminate this. These look like gaiter bites.

Thanks for the reply DLD.
Only I'm not sure that will help. As the bruises occur whenever I use the bathmate even without putting on a cockring. And it's not like I overdid it with the bathmate I kept the same routine for years 3x6min

Maybe you can shorten your girth work until you no longer have this issue

You expand to much at the base. Your penis is pushing into the rubber creases. This is what we are calling: "The Gator" šŸŠ.
You can try to wind a small strip of folded bandage at the base of your penis, in order to minimise the creases digging in.

Or get the Mityvac
