Exercises is a big one, but I have always loved jelqing ... I know it seems to have fallen out of favour, but it can be applied to more intense techniques such as clamping, and allot of girth work does involve the same theory to how jelqing works, just more intense like SSJs.

Behind the balls jelqing is something I enjoy to do nowadays, strange how things change as you mature :) 10 years ago I would have been bored with that and want pumping, clamping but I notice BTB jeqling has helped to very slowly increase my length. I have noticed this gradually, and it would make sense as it targets the inner penis closer to the ''root''.

I want to add in here regarding Leech oil, that I used myself, and recommended.

Yes it did work for me, it wasn't bullshit. I know it sounds freaky, but the leeches saliva contains hirudin, which contains the magic.

Nowadays you can purchase creams with hirudin in them, so I would opt for that now over getting leech oil.

At present I dont use either.

Also, the links I posted in the past to the leech oil with a discount for MOS members, was never affiliated to myself, I never got any payment for that. I did that, because I used to use it, and believed strongly in its benefits, so got a discount for anyone here wanting it.

Glad to hear the leech oil worked! It was quite fun to use, I did order it as well. It does help with blood flow, but the thing is also about massaging and giving yourself time. Just the oil slapped quickly on isn't enough.

Hirudin is indeed available in several creams. I've used it in the past for bruises.
But Leech oil can be, depending on the other ingredients, more natural for your body.
And certain oils or creams can cause issues, as some ingredients have comedogenic properties.
(Coconut oil is quite nice, but it has high comedogenic index, as in it can cause blackheads, pimples and other issues due to the blocking nature of it.)

How about the eye cream trick for discoloration? That was a cool tip as well!

Have you tried Black Seed Oil?

Everyone should go back and read through Red‘s old threads, that rhymes :D but there is some really good articles, exercises, routines and other things Red came up with in the past. It’s worth the read and you will learn much.

Whats your opinion on clamping, pumping, girth exercises, etc: combined with hanging? Good idea or bad idea?
 
As long as they are done and a smart and consistent way with a definite written routine you can do all of this. I would ask Red to help you write up a routine using all of these devices and exercises. It’s always good to have an abundant supply of tools than not, so you’re in a good place.

If you prestretch your Tunica there should be no issues. 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches, 2.5 minutes to the left and 2.5 minutes to the right is plenty to prime the Tunica to take on more size.
 
Not at the same time ? but in different sessions is just fine ?
