Binaural Beats and PE Motivation and Mental Training

From what I've read, there isn't really any scientific evidence that backs its benefits. I too have dabbled in different frequency based enhancers but all I've encountered was a severe headache. Well that's not good if gives you severe headaches, I myself can't really say what it's done as I usually fall asleep to them, the erotic dream inducers have given me nightmares at times, so it probably has different effects on each person.

I have nightmares that I started smoking cigarettes again and I also have nightmares that I have jerked off to ����. I wake up from this dream was thinking that I’ve actually done those things only to find out they were dreams
