Extremely Frustrated - Post Newbie Gains

I am new to the site but not to PE. Been doing PE two years and have seen 1-1/2” length increase and 3/4” girth increase (although I have never targeted girth as length is my only focus).

So, I started out and had a very slow start, three months and zero gains but then things finally got going and I saw decent newbie gains over the next six/eight months.
Since then tho, it has been a struggle. Almost a year of various routines and only 3/8” to show for it.

About two months ago I decided I would break down and commit to hanging.

Using a vac hanger, I established 10 lbs as a comfortable starting weight (after multiple months of assisted stretching, 10 pounds didn’t feel that heavy). The first month averaged about seven hours a week and only had two off days the first month.
The second month I added a split set and average about 9-1/2 hrs a week. All of my hanging has been extreme BTC, body horizontal, legs up, weight down.

My frustration came last night after hanging I popped in the vac cylinder for a quick pump before jumping on the Mrs and I was shocked to see my extension in the tube was SHORTER then it was before I started hanging.
That wasn’t really the time to get excited so this morning I wake up, jump in the shower, manual stretch for 10 min after drying off, and then check my BPFSL and sure as shit, it is 1/8” shorter.

I am really ticked about this right now. I know I have read about guys saying hanging didn’t work for them but I always chalked that up to them not being consistent or hanging too light of weights. Neither is true for me yet I am going the wrong way...

Thought? Questions? Advice?

Hey Michael, (my name too :)) For some guys, like myself, hanging did not work. I stuck with manual exercises but I used the LengthMaster. Hanging just was no intense enough even when I was hanging in the 50-70 pound mark. I am not sure why this is but it is an issue with some in hanging. My advice is to you is to do what I did. Start with the LengthMaster and using some of the advanced techniques in SRT. Everyone who uses SRT gains, everyone. Have a look through and ak for any help you may need.

Thank you very much for the reply DLD, that was quite helpful.

I have done assisted stretching but with a homemade tool, I found it comfortable and able to give a great stretch when clamped near the base but I always had issues as the clamping point moved closer to the glans.
i need to play around with my wrap and if I can get it half decent to be able to assert some decent force, I will order the real thing from you.

One last question, I know SRT has a great track record but I am way past any newbie gains left in me... is that still the best next step?

There is a wrapping forum that teaches many different methods: But for many wrapping is even more personalized so look through these and try to find what works best for you, wrapping is a fine art! SRT is the only program anyone would ever need to make the fastest possible gains. Even to the New, SRT is a good starting point.

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate you taking the time to reply, thank you again.

Yes, very helpful and I am still trying to digest the whole SRT thread and see how much I can work into my active schedule. I have 90 minutes a day for PE and can do a bit more but the whole day for three months (SRT) is a challenge with family stuff (and in locker rooms with kidlets etc).

At a minimum, I will order the LM next week and add parts of SRT to get a new routine.
If that doesn’t work I will figure out how to adjust my schedule for the full SRT routine.

Getting the length will be of great benefit to you. Since you don't have enough time, you can get the length master and focus on length for now since you don't have enough time.
 
Most guys here feel frustrated imho, thats why we here,wish i was 9 in lenght by 6.5" but im not..
 
Question about SRT,
There is mention about applying a pea size dab of cortizone cream after stretching.
When I Google about applying Cortizone cream... I can’t find anything good about applying it to healthy skin.

Is this safe to apply to your shaft?
is this something most of ya’ll do/did?

Hydrocortisone is what you want :)
 
So a product like Cortizone-10 would work or is there a different recommendation?

I used to be frustrated in the past but not anymore. I have just one more inch to gain which will put me at 9 inches if that happens.

If i understood correctly, you been doing PE for 2 years with ONLY 1.5 inches gain ?
Thats pretty good actually. I originally estimated that much gain over something like 2-4 years for myself lol.
Tell me about frustration, over 6 months and only around 0.25" gain. I dont know how ill gain the remaining 1.75". IMO my penis looks almost the same since i started. I guess devices are now the way to go, coupled with more intensity. God help me.

That is a great gain and I think you are right gains are happening faster with the combination of tools and exercise. SRT has really played a big role in this.
 
MrPlayer, you are in the right place with a group of very knowledgeable people, this works just keep the faith. This group will help make sure you get there.

As you have read many times, everyone is different, expecially when it comes to PE!

My personal frustration comes because my growth cycles come in spurts. I will have basically no gains for months on end then have 4,5,6 months that are awesome.
My routines are pretty much the same, intensity is pretty much the same,... just frustrating.

It would be so nice if it would just work that you do ‘X’ amount of work and you get .1” gain... but instead you do ‘X’ amount of work and get ????

If i could get gains like you did, I would be super happy.
Easy to say though when im not in your position and havent gone through the 2 years of frustration. But at the end of the day the frustration was worth the 1.5" right ?

I never had an issue with my starting size (5.25x5”)... but even with that being the case, Oh Hell Yeah, it has been worth it! Lol

Get rid of the “if”, you will have the gains and maybe dwarf my numbers. All good, that is why we are all here.

Many on this site (DLD and others) have amazing knowledge and experience and can help.
Be consistent with your routine and when gains become obvious, stick with what is working. I know that sounds so basic but you would be surprised how many people get away from what is working.

Keep going bro, do not give up. Keep posting and who knows, you might be the next winner of the monthly prize. You can get a free length master from DLD. Do everything within your power to get a length master.
