Hi all,ive been peing for two years and gained an inch in EL in the first 6 months,gains stopped then.

I kept going thinking it was just a case of finding the right routine.

I read about hanging on �other forum� palace and 3 weeks ago made a homemade bib hanger and liked the feeling of the pull so much that ive ordered a bib regular,im getting mild soreness in the ligs were the penis joins the body.

Ive just read up on LOT and after testing myself ive found i have a low lot only 7,from what ive read that means that my ligs are already stretched so will i see any significant gains from hanging,im hoping to gain another inch.

Sure you can. I estimate that I acheived more than half of my gains from tunica stretch. You might work down to 6 or so on your LOT by hanging at the lower angles. See if you can get some good gains from a little more lig stretch. Then, if you do not get any gains for a couple months, switch to the upper angles, OTS and OTL.

isn't OTL=over the leg? i thought OTL worked mainly the ligs, but only stretched one side at a time?

Nope. It depends on the individual LOTs. For most guys, it is strictly a tunica stretch.

I have only been hanging for a little more than a week now, since I have a LOT of about 7:00 and I have NOT made any gains yet, do recomened I hang High high or should I also get down to 6:00 then hang high? Please Help. Thanks.
 
I am sorry, I have another question that I couldn't find an answer to. Is there some type of average time it takes to make your LOT go up say from 6:00 to 12:00. I tried finding this answer everywhere, but I can't find anyone talking about there LOT going up.

Do you mean a total of one week? I would say give it a bit longer than that, maybe two months, and see what happens. You may have some lig gains there. Then, if no gains, go for the upper angles.

I have never heard of anyone discussing the time it takes to change LOT. Gains are so different, I would hate to think how different LOT change is.
