no I don't cover my glads I pull my fore skin back. But you gave me a nice idea to use my fore skin . I will try. I get fluid build up but very little. I sit in dog style and my penis is pulled towards my back. I slowly move forward and pull the weights. I do this 30 reps and can feel the pull. In some post I put a picture how to avoid fluid build up let me find it.

That type of wrapping causes turkey neck. I had no turkey neck before p.e. but now I have. How long have you used 6kg? When was your last gain? A lower weight can in fact make you "feel" a stretch when you can hang it for so long, but is it just lig fatigue from having a load on your ligs, or a genuine stretch that is going to encourage length gains?

I feel the strech in my entire ligs by full force. I have had no blisters but little fluid retention.
I will try above 18 pounds and tell you.
I was lazy in my PE but now I am consistent. About my gains my size is confusing nbpl is around 5.25 to 5.75 inches. When I cross the mark by 6 inches I will make my chart and post my status.
I feel the complete strech in my ligs and feel the gain. Yes I think i feel the drag on my rope while hanging. I think I don't get the force of 14 pounds but I adjust my rope to get away from the drag.
I am making is device in my factory to eliminate the drag to feel the full force. The device is adjustable I can increase the height also . When the device is ready I will post the photo.
