So as anybody who reads the SizeGenetics sub-forum knows, I'm having major woes with it and so just putting it down for a bit until I figure something out. How does this look for a sub into the SRT routine (full routine posted below):

Manually, when attempting SRT it is important to replace the equipment with exercises that create the same intensity, form, expansion or elongation. As you probably know, I see length as a 3 part process that includes 3 major areas of active gains, Tunica, Shaft-Lig and Internal or Expressive Stretching. These can all be done using manual methods. First, you will get most of the stretching positions you need for Tunica and Shaft angles as long as you are doing the Rotaries and Behind the Cheeks stretches. With internal penis, without using a PowerAssist, LengthMaster, Bathmate or Penomet, can be done through very low grip shaft stretching. This means gettin g deep into the fat pad, to the extreme of your base and, with force, stretch this inner tissue outward. This will fill the gap that the equipment is filling.

As far as Girth goes, I would suggest the SlowSquashJelq with a lot of focus on expansion...you want post workout girth to be beyond that you normally have. When guys use a water pump like the Penomet or Bathmate expansion becomes very easy, and when we initiate the jelqing portion, we are already in an expanded state, so it makes for a very easy accomplishment of the SRT theme. Going completely manual would mean long sessions using powerful girth exercises, the SlowSquashJelq is one of many.

Healing factors will remain the same with the exception of the SizeGenetics. A manual version is really not available to what the extender does so I suggest you make a simple, inexpensive ADS that will offer some sort of intensity during the non-active parts of your day to encourage the healing of the tissue. There are many ideas across the forum from Lock Hanging to the SizeGenetics. Obviously, a cock ring would also be needed to heal in an expanded position as you can't manually hold that pump. So you still will need a couple items that are considered "equipment" to accomplish SRT in this fashion, mainly being the cock ring, the ads and the Uncle Jim Strap.

I would do anything to get the SG to work! Just 40 minute session 8-10 times a day without feeling like my glans are getting ripped off, that's all I'm asking! Ahhhhhhhhhhh

Take a break and return to it at a later date...that is OK! I have done that with much of my equipment. Sometimes it is just not the right time. The beauty and elegance of SRT is the easy fluctuation from equipment to manuals and back. Anyone can do SRT, it is not a routine of cost, it is a routine of personal modification through the basic structure of it's powerful nature.
